If I could give this pharmacy a 0 then I absolutely would. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered ever. I work with doctor's office and call in to verify information with many pharmacies and THIS IS THE ONLY one I ever have an issue with. They are rude and short with you on the phone. They hang up numerous times and just have no compassion. I can never imagine trying to get anything from this pharmacy, much less if I were sick or needed any scripts filled.
Do better.

Worst pharmacy in Orlando they are slow and out of most of the medications so when Dr calls for a prescription they never tell the Dr they are out! They wait two or three hours to notify and when you call back to talk to pharmacist (some Asian woman) she finds it very funny and says it happens all the time, meanwhile I can’t leave the hospital without script.

I would give this store a 0 Stars IM from Las Vegas and I’m here on a family emergency called my pharmacy they say I can pick up at a location here leave a message here at this crappy cvs and they return my phone. All but put the phone down so never spoke with anyone then call back 3x just to get a message to manager and then the manager sounded like she didn’t even care all she said was is this (and my name) once I told her my complaint crickets on her end so I hung up on her but I’m DEF going to looking in to reporting them because now I have to be with out my meds and go else where cuz their service is so crappy how do ppl tolerate this treatment smh I’m Reporting the entire pharmacy to whoever I can

Pharmacy-Terrible customer service. Medication never in stock. Says ready then not. Staff is very rude. Everything needs to be done in person they dont call you of ready or if not ready, you may get a text sometimes when ready then get there and say not in stock. They cant (or offer to) transfer medications to other pharmacies. They are always just “so busy” they are ready to close and want you to come in person and can not assist you over phone.

I was doing uber shop and pay. Had an order for makeup 10 items. Had no idea where to find this stuff. Almost canceled overwhelmed. Albie helped me. (Young lady with green stripe in her hair.) Didn't find anything for me but told me how to find it. Immensely helpful. Give her a raise.

I always have a great shopping experience at this particular CVS. The sales person I always deal with is Albion and they are very knowledgeable and professional. They always help me find what I am looking for and how to get the best discounts.

Not too sure why this location has less than 3 stars, Ian the cashier was a great help! He helped me save over $15 on my purchase. I will only be shopping at this CVS

Terrible Customer Service. Tried like 5 times to refill a prescription by phone. It keeps telling the date It was filled. I NEED A REFILL, not when it was last filled why can't I get a refill. Tried to talk to pharmacy, I can't. It puts me back in the loop.. like 90% of my meds I get tranferred elsewhere because of your CS.

The worst pharmacy I have ever encountered! All but one of the staff are extremely rude. My elderly father even went to pick up my son’s prescription when we were all sick and was shocked how rude they were. He had a screenshot of my text from 4 hours prior that it was ready. They called him a liar (I was on speaker with him) even after seeing the text. Third time in a month I received a text a prescription was ready when it wasn’t.
You can no longer choose to talk with a pharmacist- only request a call back. I’ve done that 5 times and no one has ever called me back.
Last time I used the drive thru it took 35 minutes. After I told her what I needed, she did something else for 15 minutes before getting it!

The pharmacy is The Worst. The customer service, particularly in the drug-thru is terrible. Long waits. Poor stock. Poor communication. Limited hours. Just go somewhere else.
