Just VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She is rude, condescending and Supports her SLUMLORDS! All about money and not about customer service!! Renters BEWARE!! Refuses to do walk through on move outs and then falsifies things to bill for bogus items! Refuses to answer phone and then texts hours or days later.
