I always get friendly, professional service here. The staff are knowledgeable on what they sell and they keep a good variety of stock. This is not the closest vape shop to me but I still go here for the great service and because they always have something in stock that I'll enjoy.

Great smoke shop, it's got pretty much anything that you could possibly want for your vaping and smoking needs, and prices are fair for most products.I like that they are open later than a lot of other shops in the area, and as you can probably tell from the pictures, they have an excellent selection of glass- specifically water pipes and bubblers.Make sure to go to this location (located on Fairbanks in Winter Park,). I made the mistake not too long ago of attempting to go to their Apopka location, which is also listed on Google. Unfortunately, upon arriving (and paying for the Uber to get there, and then paying to get to this location-Winter Park), I found that the Apopka location doesn't actually exist, or it doesn't anymore, at least.I will try to edit the listing so it's taken off of maps and other people don't make the same mistake, and end up spending $40 on a pointless trip, like I did.Either way, I definitely recommend THIS Detergent location in Winter Park.

This is legitimately the best smoke shop I have ever walked into in my life. I am so grateful that their shop looks so inviting and now I am a customer for life. The owner of the shop was out of the juice of my preference; tried her damnedest to find my juice online and order that for me, although she was unable to because it was no longer being made. She then did some research and work some apparent witchcraft and sound a juice very similar if not exactly the same as the juice of my exact preference. This woman went above and beyond for me, and I could not be more grateful for the people that work at the shop. It is very hard for me to find a juice that I like and she made it possible for me to continue to vape. Thank you. Degenerate smoke shop and vape!!!!!!You guys ROCK ??????

Horrible customer service. Spent $55 on an atomizer for it to not work, was told I have to come back another day to be issued a refund after they assessed it, and was refused any way to contact the owner to try and work out the fact they sold me a faulty item. No responsibility was taken and the employee was not trying to help make the situation better and actually laughed in my face. Will absolutely never come back spend you money else where if you care about the products you receive.

This shop is too convenient and fair priced. I checked it out and it has herb, cbd and anything hookah related. Gisela is so sweet and helpful! I’ll definitely be coming back to this shop.
