I’ve trained with both Rap & Chris and both are phenomenal! Had an amazing experience going to this gym and being trained by Chris 3 days a week! He is kind, attentive, and does everything in his power to help you improve and reach your goals

This gym is wonderful and the personal trainers are even better. You are treated like a friend here and motivated to work hard. I have worked with Mitch for over 10 years. I would recommend this gym and his personal training services to anyone.
