I Have wanted to write this review since the Hanging Moss Branch. Mr Kemple May takes customer service to the next level. Had a problem with an ATM transaction and he was getting in his car to go home, he saw me distress and ask am I ok. Mr May went back in and told me don't worry he would go back in and look at my transaction .Came back in five minutes and told me my transaction went through. I never forgot that. Thank you Mr. May.

Dont go here smh!!! Went to the atm and accidentally lost my card immidiatley got hit with 3 diff. Hits smh now they not giving me my money back!!!! Smh

I have been with this credit union since 1991. Lately, it seems that this branch never has cash. Try to cash a check and never seem to have cash.....the response from them is to come back later or go to another branch.And ever since covid, their hours have shortened... Even the drive-through hours are restrictive.

Worst managed back branch in town. Spent forever in drive thru finally went inside with big group waiting around for service. Management sitting around staring space.

I had the absolute worst experience here earlier yesterday, with a woman by the name Sam. Came in regarding some issues with my bank account and she said due to the fraud she wants to change my bank account numbers instead my money was transferred elsewhere into somebody else's account by mistake, and I had to come back in and speak to her. I bet this went under the radar with management but maybe you should second think your employee's employment if they are mishandling customers money.Avoid this location & company at all costs.

Luz Rios and Shea Ruebusch, have been so patient and helpful as my family have had to bring packets of paperwork that needed to be notarized, unfortunately we have had to return at least 3 times due to our own error and each time they still remain very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this bank for their Customer Service.

Amazing security! I had someone get ahold of my cashapp and they tried to transfer themselves a large amount of money. Within 5 mins of them doing this I receive a call from card services saying they blocked the transaction and locked my card. If it wasn’t for fairwinds high attention to security I would have been out a lot of money. Can’t be more appreciative!

When I started the account the guy who helped me encouraged me to sign up for the change it up program and set it to max. Now this is supposed to be an account to help new holders build savings...Only instead it emptied my account really fast and because I wasn't making alot all it did was empty my account and then once they closed the checking, they started fining my savings account because i was no longer enrolled in the change it up program. So it empties my money into an account, but then fines me for closing the account it just emptied, for not keeping it open to...Yeah, I should have kept a tighter watch on my accounts... but the way it was done felt shystie.It seemed more like it was designed to screw over new account holders who aren't paying attention.This could probably be proven...
