I had such a great experience at this fedex location that even a month later I am coming back to write a review. The manager of the store was so helpful and kind and a true gentleman. I recommend this location to everyone I can. Thank you

As usual, I am on tour making things happen, when a need for many high quality printed items arose. I did some Googling and found this location as being the nearest to my coordinates, and wow was I impressed.
FedEx stores can be hit-or-miss, but this location was a huge HIT for me, since I was treated like a top-priority as soon as I walked in the door. Being a frequent flyer of FedEx for work, I knew the expectations, but it should be mentioned that everyone in this location stepped up, helped me immediately and made excellent conversation along the way.
When I am back in this area, I would not hesitate to support this Fedex Office location, given their clear, concise communication, along with being treated exceptionally.

Where do i begin… I’m 8 months pregnant and been having packages delivered to my home for the past 3 months yesterday Tuesday 7/23/24 fedx delivered a package and put inside a parcel locker in our mailroom without using our apartment number so the package is just sitting there. I called and made a formal complaint and was given some information that was wrong needless to say their delivery drivers and call center employees are incompetent and lack knowledge. Now I have to wait til someone from my complex opens this locker with hopes that they recognize it’s not theirs and leaves it in our mail room. Instead of fedx sending their drivers back out to retrieve the package just place it in the mailroom so we can get it. Now I probably want get my package at all and or my money back because Fedx wants to blame target when target did not deliver it fedx did . I’m really hating how anyone can get a job nowadays with no sense

I would like to compliment Jeffrey. He packed my boxes. Double checked the address while he was putting out fires. But, most of all he was kind and had a great sense He gets six stars.

Tried to scan documents, none of their equipment works. Waited 8 minutes for the employees to tell me they didn't know how to connect the scanner to the computer. I asked what other scanning options they had and they said zero.

Elsie, Barret and Don always provide an absolutely amazing experience, I’m not one to rate/review things but the experience these three individuals provide a superior service to any other shipping center I have been too. They are always so kind and so helpful with anything I ever need, or questions I may have. No matter how the day is doing for each of them, they always have a smile on their faces and always provide 20/10 star service! I have never had a problem with them and I have only good things to mention and I hope they are provided with good in return.

This is the first time coming to the FedEx office because they print out labels and The gentleman there Don was extremely nice extremely helpful and he was a pleasure to meet. Thank you for making my day better Don I hope you have a lovely new year
