This location is so great, I've come to them on multiple occasions on different dates/different times and it's consistent efficient service AND a good attitude. Have to applaud Shelby especially, anytime she is there I know it'll be a breeze and I'm smiling the whole way through.

I needed to make a presentation to the permit committee here in Orange county. I was having problems printing a Survey with other documents. I'm a dinosaur old school was loosing it ! But Ethan was fantastic phenomenal definitely an asset to FedEx. He helped me out
And printed call documents. He is an Angel

Bad bad bad service. You want to print quickly and sent the code, and have to wait like 30min to receive the code. Hire person.

OMG, the new love to my heart is none other than JEFFREY! If “total package” was a human…yep! Jeffrey is the type of young man that supports everything that concerns the CUSTOMER. Well, technology has not always been friendly, but when Jeffrey is near I’m in it to win it. THANK YOU, It’s the winning spirit gleamed from him. Furthermore, Jeffrey not only explains in detail, but he willingly walks over to redirect if needed. He really made my day!!!Jeffrey is “that guy” and he most certainly deserves high praises from the FedEx Company. Never change-thanks again-YOU ROCK‼️

I went into FedEx today to print something out from my phone. I asked the girl behind the counter working all the printers how to do this. She looked disgruntled and told me it’s very easy just go over to the machine put your email in and they’ll send you a code and then you print from your phone. I was like OK that seems easy enough. So I go over there. It is not self-explanatory. It is not user-friendly. I stood there for five minutes, it still kept telling me there was an error. The guy across from me was trying to do the same thing and he stood there for five minutes and couldn’t figure it out either which made me feel better, lol. I went back over to the girl and said I don’t understand what’s going on. I followed the directions and it keeps telling me I have an error. I expected her at that point to say OK I’m sorry let me come help you. And then walk me through it. Nope! instead she gave me a disgusted look and said, are you scanning the QR Code? I said you never mentioned the QR code you said just to put my email in. She said well that’s what you have to do so try it again, so I went back over there, scanned the QR code and followed all the instructions only to get another error message. Now by this time, the gentleman across from me couldn’t figure it out either, so he went up to ask her and she said the same thing. He came back over and again couldn’t figure it out. We went back up to ask again about this problem and the girl had disappeared somewhere in the back and the blonde lady in the front helping people ship their packages was super sweet, but really busy with other customers so we both left the store. I went to Walgreens and they helped me print it out and they were super sweet. Never going back there for anything.

Ladies Room was disgusting. Looks like it was not cleaned in a long time
