I went in to the bank because i noticed 200$ in overdraft fees i told the guy working there i never signed up for over draft so he shut the overdraft feature off he told me and we both signed the paperwork he made a copy of it then put it in a file he assured me it wouldn't happen again today 4 and a half weeks later i noticed ive got about 500$ in overdraft fees so i go in and rafel told me its( because you cant shut off over draft) and they said they have no paperwork showing i got it turned off imagine that I informed him I shut it off on my app and didn't work and that's why I came in and had one of them shut it off no one looked for anything and they made me pay a ton of fees

L branch, only one banker was available on a saturday which is wild. Couldn't get anything done.

I stopped in the bank today to bring in some documents so they could make a copy and there was only 2 bankers with only one customer in the bank I was told they couldn’t help me due to a busy schedule was also told I needed to make an appointment lady was vey rude such a waste of time why are they hiring such rude people to be in customer service I don’t understand this bank has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced employees should be fired for treating customers like this …

Worst customer service. The representative even lied and said she returned my call while in fact there was no record of it. I decided to go to the branch to close the account. When I arrived I was told that I have to have an appointment to do so. Not acceptable. I took my money out and brought it to another bank.

if I could give them a 0 I would, as a new client I followed all the steps to sign up with a bonus offer ,went in person with Id, and and almost a month that account is open with direct deposit and they give you the lame excuse on why you don't get the bonus and just wasting people's time, only positive experience was the representative Paul. There was not even Wi-Fi on site. Such a scam.

Today I went to open an account with my son. And because closing time was approaching, they didn't attend to me, which closed at 5 pm and I arrived at 4:15 pm; In that bank it is not the first inconvenience that happened since the customer service is very terrible (I only took aside one lady who I am not going to say her name so as not to harm her. She has always been very kind to me but the others are lacking empathy). The first rude person is the manager Rafael, he must go take some classes on how to attend to customer service, he is spoiled.

"I had a terrible experience with FTB bank and I would not recommend it to anyone. The customer service was awful and unhelpful. I encountered numerous problems with my account and it took forever to get any issues resolved. When I called, I was put on hold for extended periods of time and then transferred to different representatives who were unable to help me. It was frustrating and time-consuming. I regret ever choosing this bank and will be closing my account as soon as possible."

Never have a I felt so belittled by a person. Let alone the Branch manager of an establishment. mr Rafael Rios made me feel like an idiot for wondering why my regular paycheck was being put on hold for over 2 weeks. This also meaning that my check deposited on December 15th won’t clear til after Christmas ruining my families holidays. So instead of trying to explain exactly why my paycheck was being put on hold, or letting me cancel the transaction to go cash my checks in person, he told me they don’t want my business and to close my account when the checks clear… DONT BANK HERE. The branch manager is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Went to make a deposit and put in about $75. The machine couldn’t read a 20 and a 1 and gave it back. I resubmitted the 20 and it took it. It wouldn’t accept the 1, so I kept trying but it wouldn’t take it (brand new bill). It asked if i wanted to cancel the transaction and i said “yes”. It then only gave me 20 DOLLARS BACK! I am on a budget right now and needed that money so I can open a storage for my move out. It’s all the money I have, and the teller just told me to call. I had no ticket and no proof of how much I really put in there. $50-60 that ATM ate.

I went to the bank this morning to do transactions and an employee start having issues with me for no reason waiting in front of the door and I don’t know if it was my work clothes that she felt some type of way so I went inside after they were open and the maneuver Rafael was really mean to my father and I threatened me to close my account if I left a review show

Worst banking experience of my life at this specific location. Been with 5/3 for a decade and never experienced such poorly trained, rude and just downright unhelpful and useless staff. Avoid this location at all costs.

I’m a senior who broke her ankle badly during COVID-19 and had 3 surgeries on it. This bank closed my account without any alert, email, warning, etc. after it went dormant. I had tried to be a good neighbor and help the bank by keeping my account open during COVID-19 as manager, Rafael, asked me to. He said there were no fees. I made mistakes, too, which I admitted, such as not checking my statements for the last 2 months with dormancy fees. Rafael couldn’t reopen the account - totally powerless - even asking his supervisor. I was willing to make a large deposit or whatever. He said the “system” won’t let him reopen it. Nothing he could do. Not very neighborly - not very good customer service. I was sorry it ended on such a negative note.
