I recently picked up a 95 camry, my grandma and I usually always bring our vehicles here. I am not naive, I know it is a nearly 30 year old car, and they did fix some of my issues. However, the last issue I had leaks after an oil change and they completely misdiagnosed it by saying I had leaks from rear seal, oil and trans pan. I was directed over to AAMCO as Firestone told me they couldnt fix it. After AAMCO inspected, they came to the conclusion that the distributor was leaking. Mind you, to get what Firestone diagnosed fixed would be thousands of dollars luckily the people at AAMCO (fern park location) were very honest with me. I have pretty much lost trust in this Firestone.

I have taken my Jeep to Firestone for the past decade. Reliable service, fair pricing and very professional. I trust them more than the Jeep dealership.

Julio was very helpful and walked me through all of the available options and explained all the specifications. Turnaround time was good as well. This has been my 2nd visit to this location and they have been helpful both times.

First, it was imperative that I select the right company to replace my brakes and rotors. After speaking with Fire Stone Customer Service (Mechanics), I felt comfortable making an appointment.Upon completion of the work repairs and/or replacement, I know that that FS beat other automobile repair shop. Not only that, but the work was very quality with products that last. If you need brakes, rotors, auto mechanical jobs with a warranty, go to Fire Stone!

I've been bringing my cars here for a very long time and never had an issue. HOWEVER, there is now new managment and it's an absolute disaster. Not only did they not do the job they were paid to do, they let us take the car without working brakes! Then when we brought it back they said "there's nothing wrong with them". The car would not stop. They offered to refund me for everything (or to charge me more for "better brakes"), which I still have not received, and we took the car to another place. Low and behold they absolutely butchered the brake job (the second mechanic said we should sue them) and it ended up costing me even more money to have it fixed. They're lucky they're not getting sued for causing a major accident. I called about my refund and they keep saying "oh it'll be by tomorrow" or "it'll take a few more days". This place has become an absolute disaster. RUN! Do not spend your money here.

Went in to have get oil change, 2 new front tires, replace wiper blades, & check brakes. They did an alignment that I never asked for & installed the new tires on the rear after specifically telling them on 3 occasions I wanted the new tires on the front & had no indication that the brakes were checked. After asking why the new tires I specifically requested be installed on the front were on the rear, I was just told it's Firestone policy. So I guess their policy is to ignore customer requests & perform additional services that were not requested. Pep Boys from now on for me.

I have been going to this Firestone for over 30 years and now I'm done. I had my tires rotated and when I picked the car up it was vibrating heavily. I went back and after they spoke with the tech, they told me my tie rods were bad. I went to another garage and they told me my tie rods were fine but the ply in one of the tires separated. So instead of Firestone standing behind their tires, I'm having to buy new tires somewhere else.
Several months ago I took the car there for brakes. I was told I needed brakes and rotors. I took it to another garage and they told me the rotors were fine.
I don't trust this this location anymore. They have become the stereotypical scam repair facility.

Had a nail in my tire and went here immediately as it was closest to my job. And imagine my surprise when I was told they only have three techs and I’d need to go to another location on Lee Road. Explain how you think it’s ok to tell a customer with a NAIL in her tire oops busy but hey drive further with this nail in your tire to another location to get taken care of. Disappointed because that does not promote safety for myself and others on the road. Will never go here again or any Firestone for that matter.
