Shopping center and storefront are rundown but staff were great. Car was acting up while traveling to Orlando and they were able to get us back on the road in a little over an hour.

Alan and Ray working the front desk are great. They listened carefully to my situation and worked to accommodate my concerns about my son's Mini Cooper. It is a relief knowing that he now has a place that we trust to maintain it, since I don't live in the area.

Fantastic work! They alerted me to have my battery charged & well my battery was or went bad from the drastic changes in temperature from parking outside on the street in NY & NJ. My car ran so much better once I had my 2yo battery replaced, so Thanks!

I needed an alignment before a long trip, so I requested an appointment for an alignment at a different Firestone location at first. When I arrived, they were too busy to do it at all, so I called this location and spoke to Ray. He was able to fit me in immediately with no appointment despite also being busy. He explained which part of the alignment was off and suggested that I replace my tie rods because he noticed they were bad. Good communication, helpful advice, and quick service thanks to Ray. He seems to be doing a lot for the store!

When i arrived the auto professionals got me in and out in less time than I expected and they did a GREAT JOB servicing my vehicle. So yes I would recommend the Firestone on University Blvd to family and friends.
