I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this location. Every time I visit, the staff seem completely uninterested in helping me. They spend more time chatting in the back than assisting anyone on the floor. When I do ask for assistance, they seem annoyed and unapproachable. It’s frustrating to feel completely ignored in a store that should be focused on customer service.

I'm not a huge shopper but I go here often with my wife as she loves the brand! I love coming here though because the team that works here are very friendly and helpful. It's in a great location in winter park which is a bonus. If you like free people or have a spouse that does this is the one to go. Disney springs location isn't worth the trip so I highly recommend going to this location. Even though it's smaller in size they can order you anything you need and the team here is super helpful. Thanks free people for making this husband feel like he knows what he's doing!

The employees at this location were too sweet! I was searching for an outfit to wear to a concert and they had no problem providing multiple sizes of items for me in the dressing room. The patience and care I received at this store was unmatched. I am not a local but will definitely be visiting this location in the future. Go check it out, it is a gorgeous storefront!

Previous reviews are accurate. For retail employees you get a snobby vibe. I went in for help with a gift card and they promised to help by the following Monday and I’ve gotten no help or contact. Manager couldn’t even be bothered to come out. Shame but won’t be returning and recommend you just shop online.

Kimberly and Becca are the most helpful employees! They have helped me multiple times they both have also encouraged different outfit suggestions and I love that! True meaning in customer service for sure. You can tell they genuinely love their job. One time I went to return a dress that was to small and they recommended wearing it with a tee underneath and to get a larger size. 10/10 would I recommend this location.
