Booked through Gerber’s site expecting their shop 5 minutes away to replace my windshield. Instead, they sent it to Glass America (owned by same parent company? )— something not disclosed on their site. Gerber has great reviews; Glass America, not so much. I was told the tech would arrive anytime between 8 and 5. When I laughed, support said there’s a note they’re ‘on the way.’ I waited 2 hours, and no one came. I called them and cancelled. Disappointing and not transparent — if you book online, confirm who’s actually doing your install. Really wanted to use Gerber.

We met by accident—literally—but I’m so grateful it was Gerber Collision & Glass in Winter Park that took care of me.
Donna and Scott provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They not only kept me informed throughout the process but also advocated on my behalf with the insurance company to get additional damages covered—things that weren’t originally approved. That level of support made a huge difference during an already stressful time.
When I picked up my car, I expected it to be clean, but I was blown away—it had been fully detailed and looked better than it did before the accident. That attention to detail and pride in their work truly stood out.
While I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon (because no one wants to be in a car accident), I highly recommend Donna, Scott, and the entire Gerber team for their quality of work, great communication, and top-notch customer care.
Thank you for taking such great care of Carl (yes, my car has a name!).

I’ve never been so impressed with the body shop in my entire life. The people were phenomenal,. The gentleman that fixed my car was so professional, kind and explained everything he was doing. I know for a fact I will never go to another body shop. Thank you so much for the professionalism of everybody I met.

Gerber Collision & Glass does excellent work. They provide daily updates and my experience with them from the front desk to the repair work on my vehicle was very pleasant.

Person on phone walked me thru the process of going thru with other party's insurance
Then schedualed appt to have my car repaired. They kept me up to date with work bring done and when I had questions they were very helpful. The repair was fantastic and it looks new. Thanks alot.
