I like the hot food bar at Dr Phillips more. They have more variety such as bbq brisket on the weekend. The chocolate chip cookies in Winter Park was more in the crunchy side than soft/chewy. They have a good variety of produces and fruits but I will be going back to Dr Phillips store for the brisket and cookies.

Just this last week had to take my receipt for a 2lb bag of organic carrots and exchange for another as some of the carrots were squashed and therefore deteriorated and left the inside of the plastic bag smelling like rotted carrots. This time I quickly felt and looked at the exchanged carrots and they seemed acceptable. Got home and went to eat one of the carrots and again a couple of the carrots in the middle of the bag were the same as the aforementioned. Tried to eat one of the carrots and the carrot smelled and tasted like a rotten carrot. Whole Foods quality on this product has absolutely deteriorated to the point that it is totally unacceptable and should be rather embarrassing for the company. Would like to again have this item exchanged for yet another bag of organic carrots. Not happy whatsoever.

The Bakery needs to be more consistent with their French baguette baking. Perhaps it is the staff or the dough. One time it comes out great with a nice crust and a perfect airy middle, next time crust is as hard as a rock and the middle is like supermarket bread. Hopefully, they get it corrected as i do like to shop there. I had to throw the last baguette away after i got home.

This is one of the worst Whole Foods I've been to. They are often out of certain items and their produce is not the best quality which is surprising considering the prices they charge. The most disappointing thing about the store is their less than friendly, less than helpful staff. With the exception of the guys that work in the fish department, the staff, particularly the cashiers are rude. I rarely even get a 'hello' when I check out. I always had a great experience at my former WF in Fort Lauderdale. Winter Park must be under poor management

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. Workers are clearly unhelpful with answering any questions. When I asked to ask a manager to verify an answer, they just said it would be the same answer. Yeah, not shopping here ever again. I would rather go to Publix who are way nicer and more helpful.

So this review is really a review on Allegro coffee! This was my first time visiting here and I had been meaning to for awhile because they are pretty well established roasters. This particular coffee was full bodied but not overpowering which was lovely, a true medium roast. Also there was slim to no gross coffee aftertaste which is great. All around a solid cup of coffee. I think I might even invest in buying Bulletproof!

Beautiful store, beautiful products but my love is the produce since Im vegan. This is what I first see when I enter the store and then to the left are the supplements and products for skin care. I started to have some sneezing not really sure if I was getting a cold or my allergies from my four lovely cats that won't stop loving me. Sometimes that cat hair gets up my nose and eyes and messes me up. Anyway I know oil of oregano is really great if you are getting a cold so to help me out I bought the oil of oregano drops. Only 2 drops does the trick for me but oh is it nasty powerful. Love the stuff. My friend is losing her memory according to her . I love the essential oils and read an article on( nutrition facts.org ) and it said that essential oils help people with dementia therefore I told her about it . She bought lemon, orange, lavender and rosemary. These are the ones to us. I personally use the oil of rosemary when Im taking an exam and for a headache peppermint. Of course I buy the essential oils that are from another source more potent . Glad Whole Foods have these for her to try. Lovely store very welcoming , clean and parking is good.

A solid 4 stars for a great healthy option for fresh produce and locally made goods. I typically head to Whole Foods when I want a break from the hum-drum weekly repeat of Publix, Target and Aldi. The only drawback you might ask? I usually walk out of Whole Foods spending somewhere in the ballpark of 20-30% more money than my regular grocery store trips. That can more than likely be chalked up to the over abundance of wanting to buy everything because there are some many options!Where do I begin? The produce selection is amazing! The selection of organic, local fruits and veggies is endless. Purple or orange cauliflower? They have it! White asparagus? Yes! I can go on and on. The meat and seafood is top notch as well. From wild caught shrimp to sustainably raised poultry and beef, it is there! I bought an amazing flank steak there recently. The taste does not compare to the likes of Publix and the other competition. What drives Whole Foods to the top of the charts is their hot bar! No I will add that COVID-19 has thrown a wrench in everything that is buffet but from the looks of it Whole Foods is bringing back their hot bar responsibly. Great job Whole Foods, you have a customer for life!

I've been to this location several times. The one across town is bigger and better, but I'm not insane enough to brave I-4 these days, so I go to this one.I'm pretty tired of this virus hoax. And I was sad to see that the ninnies who run Whole Foods have given in to the illegal "executive order" that Demings issued about masks. He doesn't have the authority to do it, and he's being sued for it, and there's plenty of evidence that masks do no good, but lemmings will be lemmings.I can't, and won't, wear a mask. And I explained to the female at the front of the store that me wearing a mask isn't an option. She shrugged and sent me on my way to shop. So a while later, a guy -- an employee -- approached me, and did I not know about the mandate?Yes, lemming, I know about it. But I am unable to wear a mask. So he proceeds to ask me if I'm taking a prescription. Apparently the staff at this place got through the first few lines of Lemming Deming's mask mandate, and stopped there; he did outline exceptions (because he had to). And no one at this location seems to know that there is a federal law prohibiting them from asking me what condition I have that prohibits me from wearing a mask, and asking me whether or not I'm taking medications (and what kinds). That federal law is called the Americans With Disabilities Act. This Einstein also violated HIPAA privacy laws; he is not a "covered entity," and has no business asking me about my health issues; that guy set Whole Foods up for quite a lawsuit, were I so inclined to pursue one (this is what you get, WF, for hiring woefully ignorant, entitlement-mentality, liberal idiots, instead of qualified, thoughtful, intelligent people). Furthermore, the Americans With Disabilities Act prohibits Whole Foods from discriminating against me in any way (and a grossly overblown, ridiculously exaggerated virus is not grounds for them to do so). Nothing Lemming Demings writes in his illegal mandate empowers him to ignore or over-write federal laws (which is why he was forced to list exceptions). And no one at this location has apparently seen the recent items in the news that have exposed several Florida labs that have deliberately reported thousands and thousands of false-positive test results of this ridiculous virus (in one case, what was actually 9.8% was reported at 98% and no, it wasn't an innocent error, because they're paid for positive test results). But lemmings gotta lemming, I guess. If ignorance is bliss, then a large part of the local population, including staff at this place, must have reached nirvana. It's disappointing, but there it is.Independent thought shouldn't be shunned, folks. If you're not questioning what you're being told, then you're part of the problems in this country. I predict that, after November elections, this virus will suddenly go away, just like it did during the riots over that guy who no one knew and no one cared about until he was used as an excuse to foment violence funded by corrupt politicians and billionaires who want to control the world and everyone in it. How many of you thought to wonder how skids of bricks were delivered for the rioters to use?I left the store vaguely dissatisfied with my shopping experience, covid hoax aside. The selection of fresh meats is small and odd (who needs to choose from eight different kinds of sausage, but must look for bison in the pre-packaged meats case?); the selection of fish and seafood is also small (how many different kinds of salmon do they need?). I'd expect a place like Whole Foods to offer some of the harder-to-get meats, like venison, but nope. I can get them very easily, and conveniently, from wildforkfoods.com (delivered to my door!), but not at a place that's invariably described as a more upscale food-shopping experience (and the place doesn't mind charging you much-higher prices for the pr

This was my first time inside a Whole Foods since coronavirus precautious have been in place, although I have been to this and other locations many times. It is quite a spacious market with wide aisles, so distancing was not a problem and everyone was wearing a mask. As expected, all of the self service areas for non packaged foods were non-operational. There were a good number of advertised specials throughout the store and the selection of baked and deli foods was somewhat comparable to a pre-COVID store setup. An employee at the entrance enforces the county requirement and supplies masks to the few who don't already have them. If you like Whole Foods in general, this is a clean spacious store that seems well run. I had minimal interaction with employees, but what little there was, was courteous and friendly.

I never went to Whole Foods very often because it was somewhat out of my way and a bit pricier than some alternative stores. However, I must say since the whole Covid pandemic, I must commend this Whole Foods location for doing an excellent job. They always have a great selection of produce, meats, seafood, baked goods, and all groceries. I like their selection of organic items and natural products. They have gone above and beyond with sanitary and social distancing protocols. The carts are all sanitized, they make sure patrons are wearing masks, checkout lines had plexiglass, and everyone was very respectful of social distancing measures. I felt comfortable shopping there and was able to get everything I needed. I was very impressed and grateful for their efforts to continue to provide quality groceries and also ensure the safety of their employees and patrons alike.

As much as I love their parent company and their excellent customer service: the customer service here is non existent. Felt like I was annoying the staff when asking about products and I was "interrupting " them when trying to pay, the epitome of it all is when I bring my own bags but they can't touch them, probably cuz of cooties! If your employees are afraid of germs then give them gloves or hand sanitized for goodness sake instead of making your customers feel like they are beneath you because they are concerned with the environment and bring their own bags. I mean after all I have to touch all your "germy " groceries and it doesn't stop me from shopping. Keep your elitist store I prefer Publix and Trader Joe's.

More of a specialty market than a supermarket (with prices to reflect the distinction), Whole Foods offers a variety of foods in a pleasant atmosphere. The store is laid out nicely and I had no problem finding the items I needed relatively fast. I would recommend a visit here and sample the experience yourself.

This newer Whole Foods in Winter Park is a pretty decent size. It's amazing to me how these stores vary in size and configuration. I wish they would have gone bigger when they built it as some stores I've been to in other cities seem quite larger. With that being said, they have pretty much all of the standard Whole Foods amenities, hot food bar (currently closed), salad bar (currently closed), and plenty of quality meats, seafood, and cheese. They also have a larger than normal plant based selection with vegan cheeses and plant based meats as well. Prices for many items is better than things at other stores. Their 365 brands of vegan meats and cheeses are less than Publix prices on things. I may venture out here more often with a bigger selection as well as competitive pricing. Sure, some things are still high priced, but you can get what you need without breaking the bank. The staff is incredibly friendly and talkative even during the crazy 2020 pandemic. Asking if a product I am purchasing is good or not, etc. Everything was normal except for not being able to see the actual smile. I'll be returning when my current stock runs low.

To begin, I miss my old store where we had a deli counter and service. The newer store seems to waste space and offers less than the Altamonte store. That being said, during the shelter in place I have been using the prime delivery and have a new respect for our local Whole Foods. In comparing prices I have found the prices to be competitive and often less than the other local major chain. The quality of the produce is superb. The shoppers have carefully picked my items and communicated with me about substitutions (which hadn't had to happen often). They package items well, my ice cream was still frozen and there had been 5 deliveries before me. So this is a shout out to our Winter Park store.
