Will never shop again at the Lee Rd & 17-92 location. I purchased a rain stick online at their store. The next day I went back to there store to get a ocean drum and got rudely kicked out for walking through an unlocked door 3 min before opening. There are so many nice ways to speak to a customer but these little men don't know how. One little man just moved here from out of state, he needs to check his big ego before I do. On another note, I'm happy about my rain stick.

I love Guitar Center! But recently I tried to buy a Gibson Les Paul Standard and I got some issues to get it right... I got very upset until I met Jesse, an awesome sales associate (that goes much beyond a salesperson), with an incredible music and guitar skills + an amazing person... he was able to make my dream come true with a perfect Gibson and still tought me to appreciate a Fender strato.... what make me get two guitars at the same time (Gibson and Fender). Excellent Service on a saturday night. I asked rep about matching a deal online from another company and he talked to Manager Stephen - guy matched the offer with no hassles and I was loading up the gear in less than 30minutes. Top Notch service no questions asked!

I give 4 four stars only because, in my opinion, the range of acoustic guitars needs to be expanded! Otherwise everything is fine. The store is good!

Employees are helpful, but I purchased a guitar to be shipped to store for pickup and come to find out Guitar Center might have the worst logistics system and management I’ve ever witnessed. They’ve changed arrival date four times. I’m from out of town and would appreciate transparency. I don’t need a liaison to facilitate a purchase. I would have just ordered it from another vendor. If you have any gear shipped to their store for pickup, take the original arrival quote and add 5 days. I would have went a different route.

Went in to try out some basses. AC wasn't working, it felt like it was 80°. Saw a green dean custom bass that caught my attention, picked it up and tried it dry, it played pretty good. Naturally I wanted to try it through an amp, so I go over to the girl behind the counter and ask if I can try it through the stage 800, she says yeah, just so you know we are closing soon. I say thanks walk over to the stage 800, go to plug in the bass and the input Jack is missing. The girl asked what I meant when I said the input Jack is missing . I repeated this 3 times, and she caught an attitude when i asked if they had a tech. So I asked if I could just see a screw driver so I could put it back in place (it fell into the input cavity. She said well actually we're closed. Would have loved to buy the bass, but now I'm gonna buy it from Sweetwater or Sam Ash.
