“Went gun ranging for the 1st time on a Sunday, it's little hidden but it's crossing right near Murdock Rd. Not fronting, I felt a bit intimated walking in due to not knowing much about guns. Hubby and I were very curious on trying though so it also helped keep us eager and open minded. The staff there were completely cool and professional. Also, not sure if it's protocol but one of the staff thoughtfully came in to help guide me on how to stand and shoot. I appreciated it since my shot accuracy was pretty off. Price wise, I recall paying around $60 bucks for the rental gun, gear, and ammo (50 rounds). It definitely leaves you with something to talk about at the dinner table.”

My boyfriend and I went to go shoot, and I was nervous (I didn’t know what the atmosphere would be like) and immediately a friendly face made sure to say hello and made me feel comfortable! Brandon, and the entire staff were AMAZING! From the moment we got there to when we left. The emphasis on safety and just fun made it such an enjoyable experience, my boyfriend has been here before but as a first timer I really felt safe and comfortable the entire time! “I knew taking my daughter's custom 10/22 to an AR manufacturer like Spike's Tactical for Cerakote was going to be a bit outside their wheelhouse. I mean, how many times does a little girl come through their door and ask that they paint her gun Robin's Egg Blue? But, they came highly recommended from a friend and we went over one day to talk to them about what she wanted. Alex and the entire staff of Spike's were very professional and understanding. A lot of times you get the gruff kind of people that work at gun stores, but these folks adapted to talk politely and professionally to my young daughter. She told them what she wanted and boy did Alex deliver! His Cerakote job was amazing! He put a glitter finish on the blue so it sparkles just like she wanted and man did he do a great job on the barrel's helical fluting - very clean work! Spike's, you have a customer for life because of his work. Thank you for treating my daughter with respect and exceeding our expectations!”

“I found Southern Oaks via a manufacturers website and called for a cost estimate. Upon arrival I was greeted and almost immediately presented the NIB handgun, for inspection, which I ended up purchasing. The shop also has a decent selection of firearms, common caliber ammunition, accessories and even a Matthews Bows / Archery section. I highly recommend Southern Oaks should you be interested in Glock, Mathews Bows, or just supporting a Local Business through purchasing firearms, ammunition, cleaning/maintenance, or accessories. I have no experience with them regarding their pawn services.”
