TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Came from out of town and it was one of the worst salons I’ve been to. They immediately got started on my best friend’s polish change but not mine and Wendy was sitting on her phone with her feet propped up just looking. From there another person walked in requesting a pedicure, Wendy immediately got up greeted her and got started on her feet. The lady doing my best friend’s polish change finished and was starting on mine and Wendy said something to her in their language and she abruptly stopped and went and sat down. From there someone else was finishing a manicure and came over to do my polish change for my feet. It’s ridiculous how much time passed before I was acknowledged and the fact that Wendy wasn’t doing anything but as soon as someone walked in with a more expensive request she immediately jumped on the opportunity. She is extremely unprofessional and I will not be returning nor recommending this place to anyone.

Gypsy Nails is a very clean salon. Men's manicure took one hour. Results were excellent.

So…. I picked up a cactus bud and gently placed it into a pot, not realizing that it had cactus hairs on it that got into my finger tips and not visible. I went to Gypsy Nails and asked Laney to help remove them by using wax and tape. It worked!!! I was in so much pain before I walked in the door and was relieved when I left. Thanks for being willing to step outside the box to help me!!!

Nothing worse than a recommendation going south! My friend went in there, got her nails done, and was already not happy about the experience feeling rushed and the quality of the work. I feel compelled to leave this review because not even a full day later, half of the polish was gone on a few nails! Learn from my friend’s mistake and don’t waste your time and money! Some people rely on services like this for their “big day.”

I was so disappointed because my friend said this place was great... it was not. The facility is nice, very clean. But the mani pedi I received seemed very rushed for the amount I paid. The polish was uneven and VERY messy. I asked my nail tech to fill in what she had missed, but it didn't help much. My polish almost all chipped off a single day later. I don't think I'll be coming back any time soon unfortunately...
