Disappointed in customer service at this location, I don't need to go into details but i would never go back to this specific location of Hertz, from someone who rents in different cities all the time from Hertz with 50+ rentals a year.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENT AT THIS HERTZ OFFICE
I booked via BOOKINGCARS.
🚗 My reservation included insurance and an additional driver.
When we arrived, the receptionist, with very little desire to work, told us that our reservation did not include insurance or an additional driver and that we had to pay for it separately. I showed him the voucher where it said YES IT INCLUDED IT. And he basically didn't care about anything. He didn't even have the delicacy to call a superior to consult. ZERO WANT TO RESOLVE.
It was Saturday at 11:30 and the office closed at 12. She was in a VERY HURRY for us to pay and leave. And there was no way to make him understand that I HAD THEM INCLUDED.
We had a VERY BAD TIME.
The lady had VERY BAD ATTENTION. Zero empathy.
We had to pay an extra of almost USD250 that did not correspond to us. Otherwise, they wouldn't give us the car.
The offices belong to ALEX GARCIA (that appears on the card we took with us). But he wasn't there. There were only two women.
Alex I recommend you evaluate and train whoever attends your offices. In addition, it would be great if they spoke at least a little Spanish, since Orlando is a tourist city with many Spanish-speaking people who rent cars.
At 12 they kicked us out of the place and they didn't care at all.
I RECOMMEND HERTZ, because I have had other good experiences, but I do not recommend picking up the car at this place.

Alex was great! The interaction was swift and efficient. I reserved a full size suv and they had a Nissian Armada available for me.

I booked a rental online last minute because Enterprise was out of cars. Not only did they not have any cars, but I was charged a no show fee even though I spoke with the local store to confirm the reservation was cancelled. I’m typing this as I sit on hold for over an hour to speak with customer service due to their incompetence.

I actually ended up cancelling my reservation. There are no shuttle services to Ana from this location from the airport. Also, since my flight didn’t get in till after 6 and this location closes early it wouldn’t work anyways. I am here to say their customer service is one of the best! I spoke with Alex on the phone and explained my situation. He gave me a lot of great information. He then called my number to offer extra assistance with my reservation. It’s something you don’t see anywhere else these days :)

The Manager Alex Was untruthful ..my card was charged for 3 days , instead of 2. Days, BMW PAID FOR 2 DAYS, And my card was supposed be charged for 2 days, spoke with the manager Alex keep saying the saying the same LIE over and over, my card will be adjusted has yet to be corrected, ..THIS COMPANY Need take his Manager Role Period.

Alex and his team at this location are top notch! They went out of their way to make my return process easy and even gave me a ride home (locally)!I’d definitely return and rent here again - thanks for all your help !

This is the best Hertz location in Central Florida. I have been renting multiple cars from this Hertz location, and it has always been flawless and exceptional. My cars are clean, ready on-time and once I could even swap a car for free. Alex (the manager) and his team are lovely, easy-going and professional. Awesome job guys!

They were very helpful, cost-efficient and friendly. I only wish they had answered the phone just to address a quick concern. However, very few businesses answer the phones as of late, so that is just par for the course. I would definitely rent from them again if the need arises.

Employees and customers speed down a dead end road to cut through the back of the hertz parking lot when there’s little kids outside playing and a preschool at the other end of the street but they care about no one but themselves shut this place down the building it’s in was never supposed to have anything to do with cars because people are careless and speed down a residential street
