I had been to another J Jill store near my home, but purchased nothing. When I went to the store and Winter Park, the very helpful sales person explained to me that part of my purchases would go to women in need (it was a scarf), and I could save 15% if I opened their credit card. So I bought two things there. Kudos to that sales person!

My Winter Park J.Jill experience was fabulous. I went with a friend that had never been to J jill store before to quickly return two catalog items. We had such a wonderful experience, Eileen and Lisa were extremely helpful, we both walked out with multiple purchases! I even kept one of my catalog return dresses after buying the cutest scarf that elevated the look. My friend said at the end of the day, now I get why you enjoy shopping there so much! Great merchandise but even better employees!

I love JJill.Every time I go this store, the ladies are no happy, they don’t really take care of you.They are always in a hurry and fixing the clothes.I’m sorry but I compare vs the service in Atlanta and does not have anything to do with the ladies in JJill Atlanta, they are supporting you taking care of the clothes that you want to try, they look for you and they are so kind.In this JJill, I’m so sad, because I love to hang around and buy but I prefer to do it online because they make you feel uncomfortable at the store.I’m a very good customer from JJill, and this people treat you like you are invisible.?
