The friendly faces and the luxurious brands keep me coming back, and special thanks to Denise Tellis for always assisting me! She knows my style so well now and I love her recommendations! My husband and I had an amazing experience thanks to Mrs. Debbie! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help us find the perfect custom-tailored outfits for our destination wedding weekend in the Bahamas. She listened carefully to our vision, offered expert advice on fabrics and fit, and made the entire process stress-free and fun. The final looks were absolutely stunning and fit like a dream—my husband received compliments all weekend long. We’re so grateful for the time, care, and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Was interested in some of their selections but the bald guy working there was being a difficult and rude which ruined the experience. The only business along Park Ave where you may encounter incompetent customer “service” .

I have been going to John Craig for over 10 years. Everyone that I engage with in this store makes me feel special. There’s something different about a local retailer than shopping online. Visit this store asap!!!

I am so glad that I found my way into this store about a month ago when I ran into Debbie. Since that day, she has helped me tremendously with my wedding suit and a few other items that are the best clothes and shoes I have ever worn. Debbie is so personable and helpful. Unfortunately, I will not be able to buy clothes anywhere besides John Craig from now on!

Came here looking for a suit. They are out of my budget, as I thought they would be, but they still took time to answer my questions and even tried to help me find something. Even with me arriving around closing time and even though I'm not their demographic they still upheld impressive customer service and were patient with me.

Lady was very rude. Didn't want to help us. We are well dressed and spoken. When I worked in retail in college we were taught to assume everyone could afford everything and to treat all people the same. Obviously, this establishment is not that way! Unfortunately, we were going to buy for my husband but will not ever go back

Nice elegant store for suits and men's clothes. Nice selection of classic, formal and casual clothes and suits. Can also get custom tailored suits to your liking. Great customer service and they will ship the finished product to you. Would definitely recommend this place if you looking for a nice suit.
