Kudos to Kris and his professional team!! Words cannot begin to express how grateful we are to Kris & his team. I did my due diligence to find the right realtor to sell my mother in laws home in Orlando. Hands down Kris is the guy you need. I have been in the service industry for over 25 yrs and I can definitely say that Kris embodies the essence of great customer service, follow thru and patience. He is super easy to work with and is very flexible. He is the realtor that will go above and beyond for you. For example, my mother in law accidentally locked herself out of the house & the spare key was in the lock box outside. Well, Kris literally dropped was he was doing and went to let her in. WOW! what realtor does that? If you're on the fence on who to use, all I'll say is just talk to him for 5 minutes and you'll see what I'm raving about. He has the "bed side manners" of a realtor that we all want. He's NOT your typical "car salesman" type realtor that is just looking for a quick sale. He is worth his competitive rates and then some. OH!! and he helped us secure and do a warm intro to a realtor we needed in Illinois from the Compass Group. The entire process was seamless and professional. Again, if you're on the fence it won't hurt to just talk to him. He is not pushy at all. He knows his stuff and is resourceful. He calls you thru the process and follows up effectively. Oh & side note: When I originally reached out to him he took my call before, during and after his wife was due to give birth. Most would send you to VM or call back in several days. Not Kris! He loves what he does & you can feel he has a good grasp on work/life balance. Congrats again Kris on the new addition to your family!

My husband and I made the decision to move across the country to Orlando in 2022, and officially made the move in April 2023. Moving to a new state, we didn’t know where to start with what areas to look in, so we rented an apartment in Orlando from April 2023-present. Through the entire process, dating back to our initial decision to move to Florida, we have gone to Kris for any and all questions. He gave us advice and talked to us about all the best places to live and made us feel comfortable and confident before our big move. After the move to FL and the new apartment, Kris made sure to check in to see if we needed anything. When the time came in 2024 to start the search for a new house, he was so quick to respond, and started sending us houses to browse that fit all of our preferences. He made time in his schedule the second we were ready to tour homes, and went above and beyond with knowledge of the areas around each house, and provided honest and helpful feedback. When we finally found the home we loved, he was extremely present for any questions or concerns through the buying process. He was available night and day to give us advice, and made us feel confident and clear on any and all inquiries we had. I can guarantee you that he is the BEST realtor in the state of Florida, and we really lucked out stumbling across an informational YouTube video of his back in 2022. Reaching out to him was the best decision we could have made. If you want someone who is knowledgeable on every aspect of realty, the housing market, all the areas of Florida, and someone who is willing to give you all their time and effort, CHOOSE KRIS!!!

Kris recently helped me sell my home in Winter Park, FL, and the sale and closing process couldn't have been easier with Kris' guidance and support. I came across Kris on YouTube when I initially moved to Winter Park and wanted to learn more about the area. Kris' YouTube channel is very informative and provides a lot of information about Winter Park and the surrounding neighborhoods and living in central Florida in general. Kris has built a strong team and has a wide network of buyers/sellers as well as across his peer group of agents, which allowed us to sell our home above asking price before it was even on the market (which is impressive especially given today's increasing interest rates). Kris made the closing process seamless, with just a 17-day close period. Kris, thanks for all of your support and making this such a smooth process!

Kris is an excellent real estate agent. We were new to the area and he helped us narrow down our search and find the perfect house in the perfect area for our family. Kris went above and beyond. When we let go of the first contract after the home inspection, he FaceTimed us to view additional homes since we were out of state. He even made videos driving into the neighborhood and around the neighborhood. Moreover, since we were out of state, he met home inspectors and contractors for us. Kris is also very communicative and responds quickly to texts. You will not be disappointed choosing Kris as your real estate agent!

Kris was exactly what we sought in a realtor. We were transferring because of the military after being stationed in Hawaii for a new job in Orlando. Kris was referred to us from a realtor friend in a different area. As first-time home buyers, we were in uncharted territory and Kris was an excellent coach-mentor. He was patient, responsive, knowledgeable and dedicated to serving us and helping us reach our home buying goals. We never felt pressured to purchase a particular home or to look at homes outside of our desired budget or area. He was accommodating to our tight schedule to view properties and he organized our showing day professionally. Kris helped us make our first home offer, which was accepted over multiple other offers! And we now own the home we wanted, in the budget we set, and in the time frame we needed it. Honestly, there is so much more we could say about Kris and we are grateful to have met him. We believe he’d really suit any family’s needs and exceed your expectations for home buying. He’s truly a stellar realtor.

I was looking for a place to live in the Orlando area and after a few trips to see the area (from San Diego) me and my wife were not able to make an educate decision. I contacted Kris after watching his YouTube channel about Orlando living and relocation and it was the best thing we could have done, should have been the 1st step. Kris sat down with us and took the time to learn/understand what is it that we were looking for in life, hobbies, work, life plans and our likes and dislikes. After learning about us, he wanted to know the likes versus must haves in an house and then help prioritize our list. After that he produced a list with locations that would address what we wanted/need and the first place he took my wife, she loved it and we decided to buy the property. Across the buying process Kris has provided sage advice and has been on point so much so that the builder often mentioned that we were the first buyers that had agood plan and completed the process smoothly. All of our concerns were addressed thru closing and Kris advice allowed us to work with the builder for a 65,000 price reduction on anew construction. So yes I will highly recommend Kris to anyone out there looking to relocate to Orlando.

He had already made in an depth video explaining an investment property/properties in specific developments we were interested in. He was there to help in every step of the process and I cannot recommend Kris enough. If you’re buying a home in the Orlando area give Kris a call, you won’t regret it.

Kris is a great realtor to work with. He represented us as buyers moving from the west coast in a low inventory market that was very challenging for buyers in the Orlando area. Kris’s knowledge of the local market and community, engaging personality, and extensive contacts were a big help to us in negotiating our offer and getting us through the home purchase process with minimum stress. He was a big help in arranging for home and septic inspections and resolving issues that were identified. State Farm Insurance does not currently insure homes in Florida built before 2002. Coming from the west coast with wild fire and earthquake risks, and no problems in obtaining home insurance, difficulties in obtaining home insurance in Florida were a surprise to us. Getting insurance for our home, built in 1953, depended on obtaining a clean 4-point inspection report and a good wind mitigation report. The electrical wiring had been recently redone in the house we wanted, but the inspection identified several small issues that were essentially incomplete work from when the house was rewired. Kris was very active in resolving the identified issues, which led to the inspector reissuing a clean 4-point inspection and an insurance contract for our house at reasonable cost. Long-distance, cross-country moves are very challenging and result in the need to find a wide variety of services and professionals as part of getting settled in our new home. Kris was helpful in providing good leads in finding some of these people. He also alerted us to a number of just plain fun community events such as farmer’s markets, good restaurants, and the Lue Garden’s plant sale, which provided welcome breaks from the tasks of unpacking and getting organized. We highly recommend Kris Kennedy and his team.

I loved his videos and especially his demeanor, so we set up a meeting with Kris at the Compass office in Winter Park, and we instantly felt very comfortable with him.Kris was great to work with every step of the way, as was his team member, Kevin. We highly recommend Kris. We have bought and sold 18 houses all across the US, and had a lot of (mostly average) experience with realtors, but Kris was one of the best that we worked with. Took the time to help us find houses to see that fit our needs, and was a big help as we tried to buy in this highly competitive Winter Park market.
