Sucks to answering the phone!
Called repeatedly for about 30 to 45 minutes no one ever took the call and it was during their open hours and not during lunchtime.

This place is the worst. Been waiting here for 25 minutes, I think 1 person is in the office. Quest is a 100 times better. It happens every time here. When I can go to Quest if I wait more than 5 minutes it's unusual.

I was skeptical of what my experience would be like after reading prior reviews and I wasn’t able to make an appointment online so I wasn’t sure if even be able to get in the same day. I came in on a Wednesday and arrived around 9:30am. I parked in the back and the office is on the second floor, it was fairly easy to find. There was no one at the front desk so I checked in at the self check-in kiosk and it told me it would be an hour and 15 minutes wait and I could wait there or they would send me a text. I decided to go run some errands and come back at my schedule time. I arrived back and checked back in and waited an additional 15 minutes in the lobby before being called back. I thought the worker was nice and efficient and the process overall was as expected for a lab facility. Definitely plan to have to wait and maybe bring ear plugs for the waiting room.

I’m completely disappointed with Labcorp. I had an appointment today for the H. Pylori test. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. When the receptionist showed up, he told me they didn’t have the test available. How is that even possible? Nobody called me ahead of time to let me know. It was a complete waste of time. Labcorp’s organization is clearly not their strong suit.

On July 2, I scheduled a 10:30 AM fasting bloodwork appointment. When making an appointment, I hope that I will be seen in a reasonable amount of time, especially when I’m fasting for blood work.
I was not seen by the tech until an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment! There was one person working the entire lab, from front desk, check-in to lab work. He was not friendly nor provided any information to the patient’s waiting.
When I walked in, the room was 2/3 full. When I went back to have my blood work taken, I asked the tech if he liked being the only person working. He answered “it all depends on the patients.”
Wow, meaning someone like me who is questioning the customer service that Labcorp is providing?
My time is valuable just like everyone else waiting. It’s as if Labcorp knows most people don’t have options with their insurance. What a crappy corporate model.
A silver lining was I sat next to a lovely woman who fosters abandoned kittens. We talked for an hour. Next time I’ll be checking out Quest diagnostics lab.

Winter Park states opens 6:30a ... no one in ofc and website states 6:30a .. you can never get them to answer phones ... need to move on to next location ... try Casselberry OMG .. I've been out here since 6:20a - and now 6:40a

DO NOT COME! They had just ONE person doing reception and blood draws today. It’s insane! Not returning. Why don’t you guys staff locations properly??
Updated review: I found myself having to come back and, again, the location had only one staff person doing all jobs.

The lady that took my mother's blood had to GOOGLE what kind of test she was having done because she had NEVER heard of the test, didn't know how much blood was needed, or what color vial to put it in. She then tells my mother that she doesn't know if it's required she drink something specific for the test so she may have to come back. So, here's to hoping she Googled the right thing I guess.

Made appointment for my daughter two weeks ago . Received several texts about appt and even checked in online morning of and was waiting for a text that I was good to come in. After 15 min we went up and location is closed ?!!? Nowhere online it says is closed and way send multiple reminders about an appointment that can’t happen .

There was only one person on staff. He said he was the owner and it would just be him working there from now on. The website said walk-ins were fine, then there was a 2.5 hour wait at 7 am. When I came back at my assigned time, I waited another 45 minutes. It wasn't particularly clean or organized. There seemed to be some debate and uncertainty about the services that were even offered. I watched multiple people get turned away because they couldn't take any more clients the rest of the day by 10 AM. These services are mandatory for employment and a wide variety of other things -- usually on a deadline. It would have been absolutely worth it for me to drive an hour out of my way to go somewhere competent.

I was worried about reading all the bad reviews that I was going to have wait hours to be seen! I got here Monday morning at 9:18am and checked in on the kiosk. There were 2 other people in the waiting room with me and I only waited 20 mins so wasn’t as bad as everyone who been there said it would be. Only thing I didn’t like was that there is only one guy working there and he didn’t even greet me or introduce himself or said good morning or anything. Felt like he didn’t want be there and wasn’t friendly just took me back to the room told me what to do and said I can leave after. I only chose this location because it was close and convenient to where I work in winter park. Also none of bathrooms had soap to wash your hands like when you take a urine test they lock up the soap and sink area which is weird so only can use the toilet.

Nice clean place. But waited to long even though your appt is done ahead of time. I waited 25 min or more before anyone even came to the window.🙁
