There is literally 23 people in here right now. I cannot even sit down. I will be waiting an hour for my appointment for drug screening… apparently lab corp has been closing all their locations, forcing and flooding all the other locations with people. Sometimes they just cancel everyone’s appointments because staff did not show up.

I've been dealing with terrible service for a week now, trying to schedule my routine exams. Every place is consistently crowded, with few staff members who seem quite stressed. The appointment dates are ridiculously far in the future, and I'm not even using health insurance – I'm paying out of pocket. If I had known the service was this bad, I would have gone to a different provider.

Really didn't appreciate them scheduling and confirming my appointment with my insurance info provided, only to be turned away at my appointment because they don't accept my insurance... I even asked about paying out of pocket for the visit and was told it was too expensive and was shuffled out the door

Very effective, 10 minutes in and out, no wait. Zero issues.

Arrived for my 9:45a appt, and waited in my vehicle (as directed by LabCorp) for 45 minutes before walking inside to find out why it was taking so long. The building is about as "sketchy" as one could get, as it was locked at the front door, and has absolutely NO signs directing patients on where to go. Finally, after walking all the way around the bldg to the back, I found an automatic door that was unlocked... still no LabCorp signs until you walk inside and look for the "directory". The only reason I knew that I was in the right spot, was due to some lab collection boxes laying around on the side of the buildikng, rusting out laying on the ground! Then I get into the elevator and there's a violation taped to the license paque inside the elevator stating, " This elevator is in violation and requires license renewal and/or safety inspection immediately..." Finally I find LabCorp and ask how much longer it would be. The fronrt desk guy (Josh) seemed frazzled, annoyed and unninterested in answering any questions. He almost sent me away to continue waiting until I told him that I had already checked-in and had already been waiting for 45 minutes.... at which point he asked me to wait longer until he could get to me. Once he got my insurance info, he then tells me that unless I pay a past due balance from 2019 of $53 (for what services, he couldn't say, and from a doctor I have never had in my life), LabCorp systems won't allow him to let me get my labwork done. At this point, that's fine by me!! I won't ever be back to this location, as I'd rather not be stuck with needles by someone who hates their job. I feel bad for the patients that actually make it to the back!

The person at the front desk was the rudest person I ever encountered. Then after fishing for my veins, it was too painful and I asked her to stop and please remove the needle and she refused and said "I almost got it, it's going to come now". If a patient asks for a needle to be removed, it should be removed.

Labcorp seems to be a mess. Went in last week for a walk in, their system was down. Made an appointment and went in today, their system was down. Front desk staff was polite.

Location is temporarily closed. I should not be able to make an appointment online if the location is not open. What a waste of my time!

The service was okay. The person who checked us in wanted me to figure out where to send the results to after the bloodwork, even though the information for the ordering physician was on the paperwork. She found the physician in her system but wanted my okay to send the info to the physician in her system “because all the physician’s information matched the paperwork.”…..I don’t know why we had a conversation or why she needed my verbal acknowledgment…it matched. The person who did the blood draw was fast and efficient. No complaints about the actual bloodwork but when she called me back, she called the ordering physician’s name but then corrected herself and said my middle name. It’s wasn’t the greatest visit but it also wasn’t the worst visit I’ve ever had.

Very friendly staff, took me a good minute to find though. Basically if you see the sign that says “255 Rothman/Center Well/Labcorp” you ware to at the front of the brick building and that door is locked. Park there and walk around to the back where it says no labcorp parking and says center well on the doors, go inside, walk up the stairs and you’ll find it. Hope that helps someone!

The touch screens wouldn't load so I had to go wait in line for the front desk to check in. also I came in for a drug test and so I was in the bathroom taking a tiny bit and the man said that I have to go back in the lobby for 30 mins because he said he had to go to LUNCH??? So i waited 30 mins and went back in with a different worker and it was so much better. Now it's been 5 days since i should've gotten the results why is it taking so long, other drug tests i've done at carespot took 24 hours to get the results... What is taking so long

This place deserves ZERO stars! They never have enough staff for the office to run. I, along with other people, got turned away today because they didn’t have enough employees. Just CLOSE THIS LOCATION already! Getting bloodwork completed is necessary and having locations that are not reliable for services is pointless. They gave me a sheet with other locations that was out of date. I went to the next closest one on the list and it was no longer a Lab Corp. I literally drove all around town trying to get my bloodwork completed. Absolutely ridiculous!

I had a Terrible experience at the Winter Park Labcorp office at 255 Lakemont. I needed to get some lab work done and arrived at the office around 1:25P. At about 2:35P after everyone in the waiting room had been seen and about 6 people who arrived after me had been seen, I was alone in the waiting room. I went to the window to see what was wrong; he couldn't find my registration in his computer although one of the techs had just supposedly put it in the computer a little over an hour ago. The techs, who were also acting as the checkin personnel, were rude, unhelpful and nasty. I returned their attitude, left after now wasting about 90 minutes with this office, and will never come near that place again. I have also warned the medical office who told me about it, to never suggest anyone else Ever go there.

A few months back, I had an appointment that got cancelled via phone at 10pm the night before. Today, I had left work and was waiting in my car with mobile check in to be called in. When I finally went in to see what the situation was, I was greeted with this sign. Not clear if my appointment would be honored at the other "closest location". I understand that things happen, but it would be helpful if there was any system in place to at least cancel appointments and notify customers when they can't make it happen. I don't want to drive out to further locations, but it's starting to feel like I can't rely on this place to actually be available when the website gives me an appointment and even goes so far as to tell me that "you're checked in and will be texted when the technician is ready to see you"
