This store is absolutely amazing! Not only is it “all about effortless, undeniable feminine style” but the people here are truly all about personal care and concern for their customers! Very special shoutout and a huge THANKS to the ladies who were working in this store on August 8, 2025! They greeted my girlfriend and I with warm welcomes, were very helpful with our clothing purchases and more importantly, showed heartfelt kindness and care to us during our entire time spent in the store! Mercedes, Alexandra, Liz - you are truly ANGELS! My girlfriend and I appreciate you very much and are forever grateful for ALL of your help and assistance!

This is a MUST share. Not only is this a great service post but a Gratitude post. Yesterday, Friday, 8/8, my girlfriend and I went to make a return and do a little peeping 👀. This was our first time going to The Winter Park Loft location. From the time we walked in the door all of the associates were helpful, and very pleasant. Here is the gratitude, I started to feel lightheaded and needed to sit down. I asked if they had a bottle of water and from that moment they were my Angels sent from God. Mercedes and Alexandria were very attentive. They brought me water, a breakfast bar, and comfortable seating. They were absolutely Amazing. Would you believe I was still trying to shop! Once I started to feel better and we had finished shopping, my girlfriend pulled the car up to their backdoor and Alexandria and Mercedes helped me to the car. I couldn't have asked for any better service than what I received. I am so grateful for these 2 young ladies who jumped right onto rescue mode. Yes, this is my new Loft location.
Thank you for everything that you did. I truly appreciate your attentiveness. I look forward to seeing you on my next visit.

I usually don't post reviews, but I have to mention how 'selective' and helpful the store associates are with. It was very noticeable, and i honestly felt embarrassed. Probably won't come back to this location again.

Love the Loft. The WP location carries more merchandise than others I've been to in the area. Bilar was amazing in assisting me with sizes and selections. The WP location is my "go to" Loft.

I went in the Winter Park Loft store this week and had the best service from Pilar!! She was very helpful and found several tops to go with the skirt I tried on and gave me her honest opinion, which I greatly appreciated! She even pulled 2 tops from the sales racks that I never looked at. I really appreciated all her help! She has a great eye for style! Great shopping area!

I recently experienced exceptional customer service that went above and beyond. Pilar was attentive, proactive, and responsive. She anticipated my needs, answered questions before I asked, and genuinely cared about my satisfaction. This level of service is a rare find and highly recommended.

This is actually a very nice store if you can overlook all the construction going on St Winter Park Village. That does however bring the benefit of reducing crowding. Parking on last visit was plentiful if you don't mind dodging barricades and heavy equipment.

This is not even a one star,Please make it a triple 000 star, I walked in with one return and saw that most of the items I had bought a few days ago we’re on sale, so I asked the manager Silvia if I could get the product, and buy it again at the sale price. So I drive back to my house, come back with the items, first she couldn’t even do the return, saying I had 9 items and the receipt had 8 items, until I showed her that no , I had 8 items and they were all there. After waiting more than 35 min waiting for her to figure it out, she says we’ll, I can only return all of these but I CANT SELL YOU THESE ITEMS ANY MORE???, after she had just told me that I could go back home, drive BACK , and go ahead and give me the same price. SHE DENIED ME THE SALE AND SAID SHE COULD NOT SELL ME THE PRODUCT ANY MORE….???????! !!!! I’m SPEECHLESS!!! What a HORRIBLE ? COSTUMER SERVICE YOU HAVE, and you have that for a manager , WOW!!!
