Great customer service! It was easy to find the pant style we wanted. Then there was wonderful assistance with sizing and confirming the free hemming. Turned out just as desired! Pricey but holds up and they’re so comfortable.

This Lulu location has such a wonderful selection! The store is obviously located on Park Ave which is gorgeous and the staff is so helpful and nice! Always a great experience!

I went in yesterday looking for an outfit to go to theme parks in. I didn’t know where to start so I asked an employee to help. Marissa showed me all of her recommendations and helped me find the right sizes, fits, and color of everything. I ended up buying the set and I am in love with it it’s perfect. Thanks to Marissa I found what I needed without stress!

My wife and I recently visited the store with our young children and were taken aback by what we saw. Unfortunately, it felt more like walking into a Hooters than a Lululemon store. We strongly believe that management should enforce a more professional dress code. One of the employees was wearing a sports bra that fully exposed her chest and a very short skirt, which we found highly inappropriate, especially for a store frequently visited by families with children. We hope this issue will be addressed to maintain a more family-friendly environment

I recently brought my boyfriend a top and shorts for his birthday but needed to return the top since the sizing was wrong. I went into the store to do so. The cashier was so sweet and let me know I could instead exchange this top for something else in store which was perfect since my boyfriend let me know he wants another pair of their shorts instead. As I’m looking around the store for other options, in my peripheral there’s a worker there, (who I later found out name is Jathan), doing nothing other than watching me closely as I shop no more than 10 feet from me. I glanced up to see if he was needing to fix the rack of clothes or something since he’s literally right next to me just to realize he’s indeed watching me. I thought it was weird and got super uncomfortable so I move to the next isle to scan the other options for shorts. To my surprise (not really) Jathan decides to almost immediately move to the isle near the left of me, again, facing my direction, looking directly at me and what I was doing. Now I’m pissed and overwhelmed so I head back to the cashier and tell her I instead would like to just get the refund (I’m gonna order the shorts online). As soon as I head back to the cashier, I scan the store one last time and Jathan is no where to be found. How ironic. I find this visit extremely overwhelming and distasteful to say the least. And you can guess by the color of my skin (I was the only one in there) why this is such an awful experience. Do better. Will not be visiting this store again.
