Called ahead and asked if they had a 54-in wide full bed frame. They said yes. I went to the store and bought it. I put it together and what do you know, it is 53 in wide. My box spring is 53 and 3/4 in wide. So it is useless and now I have to return it to the store. Big waste of time

This is a high recognition for Nick Peden, Manager. Worked with him at WA State Fair in September. He answered questions with knowledge and was great to deal with. Set was delivered on time. A month later there was a mattress issue and contacted Nick. He resolved the issue without delay and that was so appreciated. This is a five star plus review for his knowledge and customer service. Juan was amazing. He was patient and extremely helpful while my husband and I tested so many mattresses. He was informative and worked with us on our budget. I would definitely recommend Juan and Mattress Firm Winter Park for all your mattress needs.

We needed a mattress and frame delivered next day, and Daniel found one that was right in our budget + handled all the logistics. Nick is amazing! His knowledge of the products sold in his store makes me, as the customer, comfortable with the choices I’m making. Buying a mattress can be stressful because it’s an important purchase but Nick helps ease that stress and makes comparing mattresses enjoyable. I will always come back to Nick, when purchasing a mattress!

Juan was absolutely fantastic! My sisters and I all needed new mattresses as we were having back/hip pain with our old mattresses and he was a lifesaver. We stopped by initially and he didn’t pressure us, he just worked with us in picking out something that felt comfortable and let us test it out without worry. He got us amazing deals on our mattresses and even the pillows too. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and support. He was easy to work with and remembered us when we returned a week later to finally purchase. I recommend him and this location 100%. The team that delivered our mattresses with the adjustable bases were also amazing and so fast! They were such a good team and worked to get our mattresses to us despite how hard it was to get to our apartment. Juan mentioned they were fantastic and he wasn’t kidding. Overall, excellent service and I will continue to be a mattress firm customer from now on thanks to this experience. Thank you so much for all your help and hard work!

Due to our home flooding, we had the need to purchase new mattresses and knew exactly where to shop - Mattress Firm. This time we worked with Juan in the Winter Park, FL store. Working with Juan was one of the best buying experiences of all times. Juan took his time to understand my husband’s and my sleep patterns. He was patient with me as I tried to explain and “try out” the different models. He was courteous, incredibly knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with.Very rarely does one have that kind of an experience when spending thousands of dollars. We bought two superior mattresses and didn’t think twice as our confidence was solid in Juan, the Stearns and Foster product and Mattress Firm’s guarantees. Can’t wait for a great night’s rest!!
