I was so pleased with the service I received from this business. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Derrick and Jacky went above and beyond to help me by giving me multiple solutions to my problem that would best fit my needs. I appreciate their patience. I definitely would recommend this location.

They will literally do anything to make sure your phone cannot be returned or refunded. I bought a phone and obviously the agents will say anything to have you buy a phone and when I got home the phone was complete garbage. I have to run a business from this phone im stuck with and I can't help but think of being robbed. I went in not even 24 hours later to return it and ofcourse they started with this upgrade shpeal of why I can't return it. Be careful with what you buy from here they don't care

Great Customer Service! Kevin is AMAZING! I went to Metro by T-mobile for the first time last week and Kevin was the rep that assisted me. I came into the store with the goal of opening a new line and getting a specific preferred number that use to belong to my little sister. Due to the complexity of the situation, I was in and in-front of the store for solidly 2 hours. Kevin went ABOVE and BEYOND to assist me! During my time there, Kevin also helped other customers both in the store and on the phone, bringing smiles to them and quickly assisting them, conversing seamlessly back and forth between English and Spanish. Ultimately, I got a great bundle deal on a phone, tablet, speaker, screen protector, case, and even an adorable pop-socket for my mom (picked out by Kevin), and after the 24-hr wait time to change numbers, I also got the preferred number I wanted! I'm so happy with the amazing customer support and super grateful to the wonderful rep, Kevin! :)

This happened on 2/26/22. Avoid this place like the plague. They have a bunch of high school students working in there who are clueless and do not know how to charge for transactions. "Cedrick" charged me 2 times for a phone I purchased. The phone was over $230 dollars, and I was changed twice. When I called the store to complain, the girl who answered played d*** and tried to convince me that they do not have an employee who works there named Cedrick...LIE!! She also kept double talking, gave me the run around and began gaslighting me by telling me I was calling the wrong store. I think I know the store I bought the phone from, lady. When she figured out, I wasn't d*** and her games weren't going to work, she said I'd have to call my bank and report the extra charge and dispute it. I told her the store still charged me and received TWO $230 payments for 1 phone! I asked her "don't you do quality and assurance checks at the end of the day, and wouldn't you recognize that you had an overage of $230." She had no words. The store manager needs to focus on giving these kids more customer service education and more training on how to correctly process transactions. The dead beats he/she has working there are pathetic and do not care if they double charge people. Double check your bank statements! This store is scandalous. For all I know Cedrick could have over charged me and pocketed my money. BEWARE!!

I came in with a few questions and a small problem with my phone, the girl behind the counter just called out next!, as to figure out who was next but I was the only person standing there instead of acknowledging me. Then proceeded to file her nails in front of me with a total non-caring attitude answered me rudely, not really helpful. Left me feeling totally unsatisfied with her response and to the point that she wasn't going to help me very much, so I left and went to a different store instead. I will not do business with this location anymore.

My experience at my metro store was absolutely phenomenal. At 7563 University Blvd. Winter Park Florida. Jenna JINNA was absolutely wonderful she spent over 2 1/2 hours with me getting my phone ready and was never ever short or irritated. One of the most courteous people I have ever been able to work with. She not only deserves a 10 she needs a 20. Thank you she was awesome to work with. Aurelia
