I asked the cashier up front if they could replace the toilet paper in the bathroom stalls as one of them was on the ground for God knows how long and the other stall had a toilet paper roll that was spotted. He messaged another store worker to change it, but when I went back I caught her going into the back rooms with the new toilet paper roll. All she did was put the old roll that was on the floor back in the slot. That’s absolutely disgusting and the fact that she couldn’t change something that would take her two seconds to change was alarming. I wouldn’t use the bathrooms there because you’ll be wiping yourself with toilet paper that’s been on the nasty floor. ?

What a shame! The store is displayed wonderfully. As a local senior citizen I shop here often. The cashiers are great! The problem is: the store manager or supervisor. White female, in her early 40's, light brown hair. This woman is toxic! She never looks at the customers while addressing them. Never greets and ignores everyone. She needs to be removed from this location from corporate before she continues to do more damage. You can clearly see she HATES her job! I have seen this four times in practice, I wonder how many employees quit working under this useless management figure. She must hate blacks and hispanics! She needs to GO before she does more harm to this nice store!

I will never visit this location ever again if I can help it. On two separate occasions now, the one staff member on duty spends so much time convincing people to use the self checkouts that they could help 2 or 3 people in the same amount of time. The machines do not take the reward vouchers so you either have to a) ask for help and be treated like a technologically incompetent boomer after waiting even longer for them to finally come help you b) pay full price for your items (which I'm guessing is the goal) or c) leave without your items (which is what I ended up doing last night). This store might be cleaner and have more choice but it's not worth paying full price and the hassle you go through to check out.

This is about Elle. My experience with her was very disheartening. You could tell she didn’t want to deal with me because of my race right away. I said hello and she just gave me a blank stare and avoided any contact with me. And when she finally said something it was just because she felt she had to. After reading reviews online this particular store has some serious racism issues and it needs to be addressed. I will never return to this store again because of how uncomfortable she made me feel all because of a misunderstanding.

I love Michael's stores. This particular store now sells fabrics that are sold on bolts. You can buy fabric by the yard instead of buying precut squares. Not all Michael's are like this. Bravo Michael's!
