Drove 40min from one location to the other because they didn’t have the item I needed. Came at 9:00 just to grab one thing and there were so many people still in the store and she wouldn’t let me grab one thing. I explained I already knew what I wanted and that she could grab it for me if that’s faster and check me out. There was a line at the check out I guess they don’t want the business. What kind of costumer service is that?! Such a simple thing for me to make this such a bad experience. I won’t be coming back and will take my business somewhere else.

I saw a comment about the racism of the employees at the store, and I had a similar experience. I think Michaels should a look at the people they employ and also work on diversity training. This is not an experience anyone has in 2023 in the United States. Take your business until they apologize.

Today I had one of the worst experiences I have had in recent memory. I was unfairly treated by one of the cashiers working at the store, a blond older man. she asked for my ID when I was paying, and she didn't ask the costumer before me. She was rude until I pressed her on why she was doing this, and then she became defensive. I suspect racism was a factor here. Please take your business elsewhere where they treat their costumers with equal respect.

Curbside service takes a really long time and then on top of that the associate came out with an attitude they will never get my business again she wasn't even trying to hide the fact that she was upset and I said Thank you and she's says ummmh. Like who tf are u talking to

Michaels online did a Beautiful Job of printing on canvas, framing and shipping a 1893 map of The Cape of Good Hope ( RSA) from the Stanford University museum collection of African Maps... Thank You - made a wonderful Christmas gift!
