Excellent customer service!
My hydraulic clutch line connection came apart and drained all my hydraulic fluid out. I was two hours away from my home. They got me in immediately. They first tried tightening the connection but it still leaked. They spent an hour and a half rigging up a clamp to get me back home where my car was under warranty. The fix worked perfect and I made it home safe.
The next day Danny called and asked I made it back ok. This was above and beyond great service, which is hard to find.

BUYER BEWARE: **SCAMMERS**
I brought my suv here in March for an oil change. I was told I had a “strawberry milkshake “ and needed a new radiator, coolant flush, and transmission fluid flush- total cost $1350.00 so I paid. While I was there I was told I had oil leaks and for $100 they would clean my engine (I spilled some oil) and use some UV dye to diagnose and see where the leaks were coming from, fair enough, I expected this, my vehicle is older with high mileage. I checked the oil a couple days later and noticed I was 1 quart low. So I added one quart. About a month later I went back to have the engine cleaned and find out where the leaks were coming from. I also had a tire I needed plugged. This was supposed to take a couple of hours. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am, by noon I was calling. They were still working on the truck. Approximately 2 hours later I receive a call from the manager. I was told my truck had 3 major oil leaks and would cost me about $1400.00, I explained that over the past month I had been regularly checking my oil and the level had not gone down since the initial quart I had to add right after they changed it. So if my oil level wasn’t moving on the dipstick how could it be leaking out. They continued to explain how much the truck was leaking. I again pointed out that I had not had to add any oil in over a month. They said they would put the truck back together and I could come pick it up. I asked about the tire and was reassured it was plugged. I picked up my vehicle and the next morning when I woke up my tire was completely flat. I put some air in it and went back to Midas. The assured me they had plugged my tire and I must have picked up another nail. **whatever** Recently I had a coolant line break on this very same truck. I decided to try a different mechanic. I was also due for an oil change, the oil level had still not moved. Reservoir was once again a strawberry milkshake with chunks of debris. The oil had never been cleaned off the engine for diagnostic with the UV dye to see where “the major” leaks were coming from. I was reassured that my transmission was not leaking into the coolant so this was an old issue that had supposedly already been done. I paid the new mechanic to flush the radiator and coolant lines from the transmission fluid and debris that Midas had claimed to flush out when they supposedly replaced and flushed my radiator and lines, and transmission flush. These guys should be ashamed of themselves and owe me some money back, time, and an apology. I don’t expect any of it. I will never bring my vehicle here again.Truck is running excellent. I believe that not only did they scam me on the repairs, I think they also deliberately shorted me a quart of oil in an attempt to scam me some more. Stay away from these guys. Desperate losers. I have also reported this scam to the BBB

I will never take my vehicle anywhere else!! I've been going to this location for 5+ years, rarely requiring anything outside of the norm, brakes, oil changes, etc. About 6 months ago, my friend was visiting from Chicago and borrowed my car, when he somehow, accidentally, put DIESEL IN IT....yeah I know. My Range Rover quickly shut down and was, well, totally screwed. I called George at Midas, had my vehicle towed there, and he had it up and running with new parts within 2 days. He is always so friendly and happy to help. They never suggest work that doesn't need to be done, always is done at a very reasonable cost, and always timely. My favorite and only mechanic!! Thank you George and Midas team!

The employees here were extremely informative and kind! They gave me a coupon to help my costs without asking and genuinely offered services I need without trying to hustle me for something. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone!

I got a flat tire while I was in Orlando. I found Midas on line and called them. I pulled in, and they patched my tire and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. The waiting room was clean, the people were really nice and professional. So glad I found this place on a rainy day.

Rick is amazing. I came in with a piece of metal sticking out of my tire. I thought for sure my tire was done for, but Rick reassured me, fixed the tire, and pretty much made my day. So thank you, Rick, I hope you know how much your kindness and professionalism impacted me on a tough day. I’ll be back when I need tires. Thank you.

We made our appointment and we were taken care of promptly. They ran in to serious issues with our vehicle, because of us, but ended up "Saving the Day," and correcting our mistake of giving them the wrong model number. They even waited for us, to explain and show us the issues they ran into. We are so happy to discover an automotive shop that is honest and does quality work. We would gladly recommend them. The manager, George is alway kind and courteous, and ready to answer any concerns or questions you may have.

The manager, George, is amazing and probably the most fair individual/ mechanic I've ever met. They constantly go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend Midas of Winter Park, you won't find a better place and you won't find better people.

Unbelievable customer service provided by the entire team here at Midas, especially George and Rick. We’re extremely particular about our cars and George made sure his employees knew that. They wrapped the floor mats, seats, and made sure the cars weren’t parked to anyone else to avoid dings. They were also the most reasonable cost wise. We will continue to bring our cars here in the future!

The guys out here Midas in Winter Park go above and beyond to help out. They gave me tools to try and fix what I needed, then helped me jump my car, then we’re able to diagnose and change my battery ASAP. Shout out the Ethan and the manager for being great.
