Does someone have the building manager information? Our clothes have been trapped in here for weeks without word/answer for when we will get them back!

I dropped a suit off to get dry cleaned two weeks ago and they haven’t been open since. I can’t reach anyone and they have business hours posted on the door but they are never open when I stop by. I’m extremely upset
