Appeal to the latest trends, Nordstrom. All of your clothes are mainly for middle aged, senior citizens. If you're a youngster this isn't the place to shop. I never understood why NORDSTROM has Ralph Lauren but the RACK doesn't. Stupid! Do better Nordstrom Rack

Nordstrom Rack is okay l, hardly what I would consider designer brands at a great price. I would go to TJ Maxx over this place any day of the week it has way better selection and great prices.

Rude staff and manager ! Michael the manager is always very discourteous and unprofessional
I purchased a bag without a tag ! They did a reticket for more than the price displayed on their website and he refused to price match . Got the bag and left the store then found the ticket inside the dust bag for the same price displayed online
Returned to the store and the female manager was very apologetic and she even said the reticket wasn’t even for the bag ! She was very helpful and refunded me the difference

That place is way to expensive!!! For being an outlet store, no thank you!!! The place was jammed packed with clothes and super busy so it was hard to navigate. Even the clearance section was expensive. Just my opinion. Happy shopping ???️?️

Cashier didn’t great us, say hello, smile, or say thank you or goodbye. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the woman in charge of the fitting rooms was very pleasant.

Lately, there's always a queue at the register. I watch this young lady with curly hair hustling, zipping through orders like a pro. Meanwhile, there's an older gentleman with gray hair and glasses, moving at a snail's pace, without a care in the world. Maybe he's just not cut out for the hustle and bustle of the register! He should be replaced!
