I just started going here and so far I like it. I like the group effort and encouragement they show you! Not gonna lie, its a super challenging class and you want to pass out and take a nap in the middle of it. But once you get through it, its not that bad!
I love the music, the people, the coaches and the heart rate monitor screens! They each keep me motivated during my workouts to keep pushing!! I love these workouts!
Love this place! I've been to 6 classes so far, and all of the coaches have been super welcoming, and are quick to help with weight lifting form and questions. There are people of all fitness levels, and while the workouts are HARD, I've never felt out of place. Definitely would recommend!
