Where to start...sauce tasted old, barely any cheese, 12 pepperoni's, yes we counted and way too many raw onions buried. When a 4 and 6 year old won't eat it, it's just no bueno!! Then upon delivery I had to listen to a Orlando Magic 50% special while he could see & hear the kids behind me screaming for their food. Such a shame noone ate it!

I go here often and my order is always right and ready when I arrive. I understand that certain nights are unusually busy but good service is always received and I have no complaints. ? ? ?

Delivery driver never follows delivery instructions or contactless delivery option. Careless service in boxing the pizza. Plus 5$ delivery fee, not including delivery tip.

I have to agree with alot of other people here. This use to be my favorite location. The pizza was on point every time. Not here. My pizza was not even cooked all the way. The pizza dough was still white, and the cheese barely melted. I really wanted to give this place a chance because I know some days it cant be perfect, but this was my 3rd time trying this location again and every time just bad. So everytime I have to recook the pizza in the oven, which I might as well should have just made my own at this point.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BE UNSATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.Another horrible experience with this branch. I would warn anyone to order from here. I ordered back in August and the food was horrible. I was told by a manager there was an issue with a dough shipment. I then was emailed that they were going to refund me. Sad to say this never happened. I have email documentation showing that they would refund me, and they never did. 5 months later still waiting for a refund. Due to this horrible service and complete disregard for me as a customer I will never go to this location or any Papa Johns ever again in my life. They lost a customer for a life.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this location because (sadly) it's the closest to my house. Everytime, the food takes over an hour to get (pick up). I just don't know why this location can't get it together. While I have been sitting here for 30 minutes pasty quotes pickup time, there is a growing line of people waiting for their food. I will not be ordering from this location in the future. Go somewhere else... believe me, you'll save yourself a huge headache.

I bought 2 pizzas this evening. The pizza is delicious. But when I was eating pizza with my children, I came across a small piece of wood. I pierced my gum and started bleeding. This is very unpleasant and painful.

Papa John's used to be a pizza we would look forward to. The last two orders, however, have been a true disappointment. One order, the cheese has slid off the pizza, obviously during cooking, it should not have been delivered. The second order was cold and thin crust, which was not what we ordered. We are sorry to remove this store from our delivery choices.
