However the venue is decent with a great price but the staff seems very overwhelmed.. and a little unprofessional. when I went to see the venue the guy told me the day was free.. so I called next day to secure the date and book but when I called a lady said they were on break she took my info and I never received a call after break.. we’re human people get busy I didn’t trip. Called next day trying to book again he told me they were closing soon to call the next day.. called again for him to tell me there’s an event after the time and day I wanted could I switch my times (mind you it was free the whole day when I went to see it) he said he’d call back to let me know if I could book the event or not.. days later I call no answer and still haven’t heard back. Again decent venue but they seem overwhelmed and I felt I was “begging” so I decided to move on.Posting review for any future customers.

We're the Grahams from Dacula, GA! When we contacted Chris (owner), he was open, accommodating and honest about Penthouse 450 and put everything on hold until our arrival 11/22/22 to make our decision of whether to use Penthouse for our Family Thanksgiving gathering on 11/24/22! Penthouse 450's interior design is first-class; clean and well maintained; and the ambiance, setting and atmosphere is outstanding; in fact, so phenomenal that other family members will be contacting Chris, in the future, to host other events! His Staff was incredibly professional and clearly took pride in their work and were very personable! Most importantly, they were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to welcome us, and to make sure we felt comfortable! We HIGHLY recommend using Penthouse 450 for any major or minor event; we certainly will, without any doubt whatsoever! To Chris and the Staff at Penthouse 450, THANK YOU!

Overall, this venue was perfect for my baby shower. It’s beautiful, and the price was hard to beat. However, I will say communication wise, it could be a bit better. I feel like I had to constantly follow up on emails that I sent days prior, and when I arrived to the venue, nothing matched the floor plan. My friends and family had to spend extra time setting up what should’ve already been done by the time we arrived. To make up for the time lost, the venue did allow us to stay for extra time, which I appreciated.

Had my baby shower at Penthouse 450 on Sunday June 12th 2022. It was such a beautiful venue, the staff was amazing and very helpful. If we ever need another venue we will definitely be using them again. If I could give 10 stars I would :) Will recommend to anyone and everyone!

I’ve hosted multiple parties at this venue and will continue to do so. By far best place for any type of social gathering. Staff is organized, reliable and easy to communicate with! The penthouse is stunning and every detail adds to the fun of the event. Very clean and organized as well.

Best place ever for private activities small group. Cozy, great location with plentiful parking and good management. My daughter’s baby shower was definitely a hit this place made it more memorable. Thanks much. 100% recommend.

I haven’t used your venue, but I’m in search of one.I can’t rate your venue on experience, but the thought of dealing with a business that can not handle situations professionally is completely out of the question.I’d suggest “grin and bear it” when you get a negative review. There is absolutely no need to be so defensive. Use this platform to hear what your clients are saying about your business. Learn, take from, change or what ever the case may be, because your customer has spoken. Recover. Pivot. Grow.

Amazing venue!!! I’ve attended two events here and both were great. My favorite part is the outside balcony, it’s huge, great for pictures, and overlooks winter park!

This place is absolutely beautiful. My sons wedding reception was here and it was beautiful. Your employees were so helpful and so polite to the guest. Will definitely recommend your venue to friends and family.

Great venue for my daughter’s baby shower! Plenty of space for dining, games, with elegant sofas, chandeliers, sound system with microphones and multiple large screen TVs for my daughter snd son-in-law’s photos to share! Chris, Tibor, Noah, and Bryan were very helpful in making our event possible. Thank you for assisting us in making this a memorable event for us! ???

Manager Chris is EXTREMELY rude! I called this venue TWICE, and then hopped in my car the same day (being 7 months pregnant) to view the venue. When i told one of the workers the time of the event, he told me I would be good to go. I just had to call back the next day to book as hs manager was with a client. The next day the manager Chris was condescending. His worker gave me misinformation and instead of apologizing for the miscommunication, he tried to blame it on me. He then proceeded to ask me " What the problem? Can't find another venue?" I would not be booking here and I do not recommend anyone else using this establishment. While it is decent looking, management does not know how to talk to potential customers. SHAME ON YOU CHRIS!
