Always great livestock in the aquariums and really good aquarium and terrarium supplies. Staff are knowledgeable about what they have in stock and will let you know, if out of stock, when to come back to get what you need. Staff are extremely responsive and when I have questions I always know where to go ❤️

I always go here to grab my dogs treats and toys, but after my experience today I had to write a review! I was only inside for about two minutes when it starts pouring outside. Went to go checkout for just 2 toys and I believe it was Julie at the register, (based on the receipt) she was so wonderful and quick at checkout! She grabbed an umbrella and walked me all the way to my car in the rain! So sweet of her to do, it made my day!

Mariah was of great assistance, she even put the clothes on my dog so I could see how she looked in them.She helped me get the right food and accessories for my puppy, as a pawrent, it’s great to be helped by a knowledgeable and a pet passionate person!

My husband and I have visited this store for many years, always enjoying the customer service and getting our little/big ones food and toys there when we’re in the area. But this year has been different for us, as we just found and brought home our new little forever love, our new ferret, Po❤️ We came into the store on Jan 3 to look around and randomly decided to play with him, came back on the 7th to do the same, and then again in Feb. Each time we played with him Mariah helped us and let us love on him, she was so gentle and loving with him, it showed! He was the sweetest ferret we’ve ever encountered, and she let us bond with him, and we’re incredibly grateful!!!! We weren’t ready to get him at the time, but absolutely loved him…and fast forward to a few days ago and couldn’t believe he was still there, makes us think he was waiting for us, or visa versa☺️ I’m SO incredibly excited to say that we got him!!! Alex was awesome on our fourth visit, and we picked him up the next day, and the staff was amazing!!!! I just want to say a huge thank you to the everyone who helped us get him, but a big/HUGE thanks to Mariah, as I feel like she gave him the love and kindness and guidance for us all to come together!!!! Can’t get enough of his sweet kisses, and know that’s no doubt because of her !!! I can’t wait to give to give him so much love, as we already have, and will continue to go to this location to for all his needs!!! Thank you for loving and caring for him, we feel so grateful and excited to spoil our little panda ferret, Po❤️

Chris and the entire Team at the Aloma Pet Supermarker take their work seriously and seem to love their jobs. Today was the third time we had brought our dog to use the self-serve dog was stations. What a great setup, large bathing tubs, various soaps and conditioners for use. Towels, aprons and a high powered fur dryer makes the task of bathing your FurBabies, a breeze. Go see Chris and staff at the Aloma Pet Supermarket, he'll take care of ya!

I have been to a few pet supermarkets and this is by far the best. First off the manager Chris is so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. All the staff are always nice and accommodating and run a very clean facility and they make sure the dog wash area is always clean and stocked with all the necessary items needed. I went to another location two weeks ago only out of necessity and they were not friendly and had to ask for an apron and they gave us one. I will drive to and from anywhere to go to this location which says a lot.

Signs say sale, employers say no! When pointed out they became dismissive saying there's nothing we can do about it, have a nice day. I remained in a calm voice saying it wasn't a big deal and that it happens and they acted as if I was yelling at them. Maybe cause I was right but they couldn't honor the sign?!? My complaint isn't paying full price but rather the behavior that was surrounding it. The inconsistency with what the employees said and then how it seemed like I was the bad guy for pointing out a sign with a different number on it

The most amazing Pet Supermarket in Winter Park, ask for Mark.. he is super efficient and will help you with whatever you may need! Super clean and a well stocked pet supply store. Go and see their specials!!! Awesome staff!!!!!!
