PETCO Winter Park FL, The grooming team is consistent and always the same members for our two years. We have doodles leaning towards poodle and we are never let down! Our beautiful black golden doodle, our 6 month old golden, and our poodle cocker mix. This team is solid and if you have a doodle we highly recommend this team! And don’t forget to sign up for vital rewards. It pays for its self and then some!

Really disappointed to see pride items all over the store. Does this really need to be pushed at a pet supply store? They have lost my business.

Carina was amazing! Her energy was just out of this world. She was so sweet. And was nice to another customer who came up and had a question as well. And she did everything with a smile and seems like she’s honestly just enjoying her job. Her customer service was 100/10.

We took our dog to get his nails trimmed and buffed and the girl was extremely nice and they were quick and they did an excellent job!!!!! SO GLAD WE WENT TO THIS ONE! OVER 5 STARS

For a piece of plastic from China their prices are way bit too high. I've been spoiled by Walmart the mega retailer of the planet Earth. But we did find a very nice water fountain for her kitty. Definitely a well designed device and we got it for only $23. Oh the best part she loved it! Jeremy had a great time meeting with you I believe you're an MOD for that store. I did service for many many Petco locations throughout Florida and a couple in Georgia. That was probably 10-15 years ago and I'm still a technician and petco's still a great place to go if you've got pets.

We had an appointment at 1245 and Amara told us Harmony was finishing up and would be with us, we waited for 45 minutes for a red head to come out and ask us what we were waiting for and when I said our 1245 appointment she said "I'll see if she has time". Another girl comes out and starts checking me in which they could have done at 1245, then when I comment that we've been standing there since 1245 she gave the excuse that someone else told her we WERENT waiting for grooming, despite the other groomer Amara not doing anything for a solid 30 minutes after telling us to wait and then took another dog to groom.
There was no apology or admittance of a mistake. Just an excuse and giving me a hard time so we left. We won't be coming back to this Petco or any petco. It's more worth it to go to a local groomer who charges the same and doesn't watch you stand in front of their couter for 45 minutes.

I will never go to this pet store again. The neglect that those animals are suffering through is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable. I tried talking with the staff members about it, but every single person claims it’s not their job to take care of the animals, so they all just stand there and watch animals have rotting food and no water. Do not support this location. The animals are not taken care of and the staff are very apathetic and rude. Not the kind of people you want to get pet care advice from
