I’m incredibly grateful for the people that work here. I fell victim to a predatory body shop that was charging egregious prices for their work. I’m talking, trying to charge $600 for taking photos of damages and uploading them to Google drive and $800 for an estimate fee. When those people tried to take advantage of me, I yanked my car out of there and had it transferred here. Heidi, Amanda, and their techs saved my car. The damages to the vehicle were from front bumper to back bumper, with major damage to fender and with their work, no one would ever know I was in an accident. They work with insurance adjusters, not against them which made it a painless process. They also work with Holler Honda for tires and alignment. My car truly feels brand new again thanks to this shop.

Perfect! Heidi and Amanda were very professional and kind, handling everything efficiently and quickly. The repairs on my cars bumper, fender and panel were completed in just a few days so I did not need a rental car! When I picked up the car, it has been washed and vacuumed and looks brand new. During the last tropical storm, a trash can rolled out of a driveway and banged into my front bumper. A piece of trim popped off (no other damage) but I could not get it to snap back into place. Frustrating.
I drove to my local Land Rover dealer (not far from Precision Collision) this morning, but they refused to even look at my vehicle until I scheduled an appointment. I just wanted to know if they “could” fix it. No luck.
My wife had her car serviced by Heidi and her crew and they did a fantastic job. Since they were between the Land Rover dealer and my Winter Park office, I pulled in.
Literally 10 minutes later I was driving away with the trim back into its proper location, and all was perfect. I asked Heidi to charge me for at least a half hour of labor, but she’d have no part of it.
I’m a raving fan for life. When I need auto body work again, Precision Collision will be my only call.

The work was great! I am very happy that I had Precision Collision take care of my bumper repair. I was referred my the Magic Mechanic. That referral alone made me feel very secure in my decision. Amanda handled my estimate appoint really well. She clearly communicated about what was needed, how long the repair would take and how they would handle my repair. She called right on schedule to let me know it was done. I am very pleased with the work. Heidi had my car ready when I got there and in talking with her you can see what a quality place this is. They really care about their employees and it shows in the work and in the shop.

Precision Collison did a wonderful job repairing my car after it was attacked by a grocery cart. They also repaired a large chip on my passenger door. You cannot tell that any work was necessary.

Do not take your car anywhere else.! The team at Precision went above and beyond for me. I took my Accord in for repairs that were pretty straightforward. Once they removed the drivers side rear fender Heidi, the shop owner, contacted me immediately to let me know that prior body work was not completed properly. I panicked and thought for sure I would have to involve a lawyer. Nope, Heidi reached out to the other shop and they agreed to pay Precision to fix what they had done improperly. You don’t often find a business owner with such exceptional ethics. I’m so relieved to have my car back, knowing that I had someone looking out for my best interest!!!

They are personable but don't stand by their work. The job was super expensive but shoddy. They replaced the whole bumper after a minor tap and it popped out. Turns out it was held by a small plastic piece ( automakers fault) but kept insisting " I must have hit something" when I didn't. Because it's almost impossible to get away daytime to start over with someone else I paid again. However I came out feeling I was ripped off, big time. Plastic soddering was done but does not work. Ever.

Do not take your car anywhere else!!! I took my Accord to Precision for a very straightforward repair. The team had to remove the drivers side rear fender which had previously been repaired. Heidi, the owner called me to let me know that the work on that side was not done correctly. I panicked and thought I would have to call a lawyer but Heidi called and encouraged the other shop to pay to fix their mistake. It took a little longer to finish but I am so grateful to Heidi and her team. Heidi didn't have to go the extra mile, for me, but she did and I am forever grateful!!!!!!!

Needed a new bumper due to a minor fender bender and received excellent service and pricing was very reasonable. They even gave my car a wash and vacuum. If I am in need of future body work I will definitely use them again.
