Not only did he patiently walk me through how to get the correct shipping label, but he also offered to print it in-house. Because of him, I avoided having to make a second trip — which saved me so much time.
It’s rare to find someone who looks for solutions instead of just pointing out problems. Alexis was proactive, patient, and very helpful from start to finish.
