I have a storage unit at the Maitland location and it is horrible. As if things could not get worse I also have a unit here and it is worse. I did not believe this could be possible. Sign says 24 hour assistance and no one is ever there and their phone service is a joke. You can book a storage unit online but never get to it unless you're lucky. Also they didn't even know I had a unit when I called for help. Only after hours on the phone and asking for a manager and then that manager's manager was I able to get help. They have no problem billing you or raising your rent but when you need easy assistance they have no clue who you are??? Stay away from this place. Pay a little more elsewhere if you must. You'll be happy you did.
