Came in near closing time, but the technician that helped me was still incredibly helpful and attentive to my needs. Took the time to look for a discount card for my wife's medications.

Yeah, poor customer service. I just wanted to ask a question and immediately got cut off. Their tone was just rude and aggressive. Got my question answered and the call was quick, but just because they’re having a bad day doesn’t mean I have to as well.
