I WAS IN LINE ON MY LUNCH BREAK AND SOME STAFF THAT WORKS WHERE U GET YOUR HOT LUNCH FLIRTING WITH A STUDEENT WHILE SHE IS AT WORK AND I WAITER MORE THEN 10MINS AND THEN WHEN IT WAS MY TIME THE STAFF WHEN TO THE BACK AND LEFT ME THERE STANDING WAITING TO BE SERVE AND ANOTHER STAFF SAW IT AND SHE CAME TO HELP ME. I WASTED TIME AT THE LINE CAUSE I WAS ON MY LUNCH BREAK THANKS TO THAT STAFF FLIRTING TO A STUDENT FEMALE. DISCUSSING

I always order my daughter’s birthday cake every year from Publix and never have I had a problem. This is the first time I order from this Publix. I called first and ask how far in Advanced did I need to order a special cake, they said one 1 day so I ordered 2 cakes and also printed and brought 2 pictures on a Monday for the cakes to be made by Thursday for my daughter and bestfriends bday dinner. I go to pick up the cakes none of them were made they had no idea of what I was even talking about. The bakery manager Lisa Marie was the one who took my pictures and order and even gave my receipt copies. They completely dropped the bomb my daughter didn’t get her cake nor did my bestfriend. They offered 2 cakes that been sitting there lord knows how long that were completely trashed. Never will I order from this Publix again. So unprofessional and ridiculous. The bakery manager even assured she was going to be there when i picked up my cakes and she was no where to be found and didn’t even answer none of the employees phone calls.

No sushi, all the deli stuff was tiny, the watermelon had orange and yellow mold, and a lot of prepackaged food was bad.

This Publix is always top notch. Very clean and well maintained. If you can't find something they will happily find it for you. Sometimes we come in for fried chicken and if they are out, they will tell us how long the wait is and make it fresh for us. Thank you Publix for making shopping a pleasure!!

Nice and clean store. Great staff members. They treat our son with a couple of cookies and fruits. We shop while he is busy with those snacks.
They also treated him with stickers, coloring pages, and crayons.
Publix knows how to earn the hearts and minds of customers.
