This car wash features true touchless operations. ( I can’t comment on the regular cycle) None of the brushes or cleaning surfaces will touch your paint which is great for folks who don’t want the paint messed up by microscopic particles that get embedded in these materials. Service is pretty good and the the best option is to go for the monthly service where your car is automatically recognized. The vacuum machines work well and it’s pleasant to go there.

This place has no insurance for damage done to vehicles. Took our car through and a large chunk of paint was taken out of the drivers side door. Went to the attendant and he agreed it was not there before the wash. He called his manager and the manger told him there is “nothing they can do”. They could pay for the damage of course if they held proper insurance but now we have a damaged car and the paint fee is over 600 dollars. Odd a place like this holds no insurance for damage done to vehicles.

I have used this carwash several times and all good 3/16/24 TOUCHLESS carwash. Nor best clean but with PPF and Ceramic coating I choose this. That being said, my fuel tank cover which is a flat square door came off. They found in carwash. 2019 Sante Fe Sel plus. Talked to so called manager that had the attitude to bad so sad we can't control what happens. and you got touchless car wash so of course car will be be cleaned. Put cover back on which is scratched up on a piece on inside broke and won't hook. I called twice and sent 2 emails and no response. Notifying BBB and possibly Small claims court.

UPDATE: I recently went back to this car wash and used the vacuum to clean out my car, and they have been fixed since my earlier review. At this time, the vacuum currently has very good suction.
The prices for a car wash are rather high for a pseudo self-serve car wash. The actual car wash is pretty good, but the self-serve vacuum cleaners are garbage. You'll not be happy here if you need to clean out your car really badly! There is plenty of other competition in the area to risk going here.
