I've been training with Rap for over a year and am so pleased with the experience and results. Rap tailors the exercises to my specific needs and pushes me to achieve my goals. No cookie-cutter routines here, only what I need -- and sometimes he has to make up something that I've missed along the way. A sense of humor and professionalism also characterize him. Hearty recommendation from a very satisfied client!

Starting 260, am now 225 with loads more to go. Rap will absolutely go above and beyond in your weight loss journey, but only if YOU also put in the work. It's a two way street and you need to communicate to improve yourself. He's also familiar with physical therapy so he's not going to hurt you and will even come up with exercises for your unique physique. If exercising remotely is something that can work for you he offers it. You don't have to worry about a hands off "do whatever approach", he'll tell you exactly what he wants you to do.

I found Jake with RAP Fitness almost two years ago and have continued going to see him the entire time. He is professional understanding, patient and motivates you no matter your goals. His encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to continue working out regularly and achieving attainable goals along the way. In the beginning, after a short time, I was pleased with my progress because I felt stronger and healthier so I have continued to work with Jake ever since. Between him always changing the programming, continued encouragement and knowledge I see myself continuing to use Jake's services as a trainer for years to come.

I am So Grateful for Rap Fitness ! While my son was a student at Full Sail he started working with Chris post surgery and .. it was the best decision!!Chris helped navigate my sons healing & strength with ease, allowing him to loose over 35 pounds ! Chris kept me updated with my sons progress which, as a mom being thousands of miles away was an extra bonus in his commitment to helping my son succeed with his goals . Thank you

Rap is a very professional, positive, and fun trainer! He has trained me in his gym as well as virtually and he does his job extremely well. Rap meets you where you are and sets up realistic goals with you. He has given me confidence in my exercise regimen. He also has incredible passion in what he does. I definitely recommend!

RAP Fitness is a great gym for any type of training. The gym is filled with great guys who all are all very knowledgeable on personal fitness and are very easy to get along with; they do a great job of motivating you towards your goals but also pacing you to not burn yourself out. I worked mainly with Jake whom I had a great time working with and really helped push me towards my goals. Young or old, I believe RAP Fitness is a great place to train.

The experience I’ve had with RAP Fitness has been nothing short of wonderful. Since starting my journey here I feel stronger, more confident and have toned up, all thanks to my awesome personal trainer Chris! Chris has taken into account my overall goals while tailoring to my needs during each individual session. He makes sure to ask how I am feeling and adjusts our workouts accordingly. He knows when to push me and makes sure I’m using proper form, which I appreciate as it prevents injury. Chris is patient, knowledgeable, flexible, kind and upbeat. He makes working out fun and enjoyable and I am so grateful for his guidance and support. Regardless of what mood I am in before walking into RAP Fitness, I always feel great walking out. The other trainers are friendly, the gym is clean and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and completely judgement free. If you are looking for a place to check all of your fitness needs boxes off, this is the place for you!

Everybody is nice and professional, no judging in this place. My time here with Jake has been amazing and exceeded my expectations. He is very knowledgeable, takes time to teach you and correct your posture, also makes sure to get your goals met without risk of injury. I would recommend anybody to come and train.

I gained a BUNCH of weight in quarantine (I'm sure plenty of folks can relate) and needed a trainer to help kick-start the journey back into decent shape. Started working with Jake at RAP Fitness, and dropped 30 lbs in three months, saw a new personal best on the bench press, and activated muscles I didn't even know I had. Jake's an awesome trainer, and from what I can tell there's not a bad trainer in the group.

He was my first ever personal trainer and I know I could always go back to him if I’m back in town. Rap is always so helpful with ALL my questions no matter the time of day and a great communicator. He makes all new moves just challenging enough and will always check with you to be sure you’re doing fine all the time. Makes me feel comfortable and welcomed every time I see him, I love his work so much! Highly highly recommend him to all my friends whenever they ask me!

Rap is honestly one of the BEST trainers I’ve had. He works with you, listens to you, pushes you, and encourages you. Basically, he makes training fun and informative. If you have an injury or something of that nature, he goes above and beyond to make sure you know how to get the best results while working out safely. Love this team!
