I opened my Regions account at another branch but started using this one because it was closer to my home. However every time I have come here with a problem I have found them to be unable to solve or work the issue. It is increasingly frustrating and I will need to either go to another branch or close the Regions account all together.

Never have experienced such horrible customer service, lack of responsibility, or care for people's finances as we have with region's bank.This location left a stolen card of mine open after I came in asking specifically close it because it had been stolen.

It's becoming increasingly frustrating to be able to deposit money at the ATM. Every month I have to give myself days to drive across the city in search of a working ATM to deposit rent into. Last night, at the 2nd branch I went to, the ATM screen changed to "currently unavailable" AS I DROVE UP TO IT. I'm starting to feel pranked. ? I've been trying to deposit rent this month for 4 days now and have made a total of 5 trips to a bank branch with no luck. I've been to this branch 3 times now and once the ATM was unavailable, the second time it literally shut off, and tonight it stole $$$ and told me that deposits weren't available for my card?! What does that even mean?

This is the worst representatives at this bank I've been sitting here waiting almost twenty minutes to be served but the bank tellers have been servicing other customers after me. They send my money to the wrong account and I still waited for ten minutes for that transaction to proceed.

Personally, Regions Bank is the bank that has treated me the best, I went with the recommendation of my accountant, and I met manager Alan. He has been able to provide numerous solutions such as refinancing my house, credit card for my business, and other bank accounts. I have the opportunity to do my weekly transactions with the the rest of the team - Maria, Pedro, and Doris. I am always greeted with a smile and great service. This group of professionals make you feel that they care about you, which I have not found in any other banks. Thank you very much Regions Bank team.

This is Bank is a joke i deposit my regular working check on Saturday I'm taking about the same check i deposit every week and it's Monday and it's not there to use yet and o call and they told me i have to wait to Tuesday cause Saturday it's not consider a business day , i mean if it was a personal check or a new check that i never deposit on my account i understand but the same company check i deposit every week that unprofessional i will not recommend this bank to nobody it's the worst bank cause i also have BB ank of America and if i deposit any day you will have the money next day and they let you use at least a small amount while you wait , i don't trust them and i can't count on them so why i want my money in a place where i can't use it when i need it..?

Julia not only helped my husband open his personal account but also his business account as well. My husband and I have been trying to switch banks for awhile and happy we chose regions. Julia helped me the following day to check the status of the account I had opened online to make sure I didn’t miss anything. She is very knowledgeable and so kind! We chose regions due to how close it is to our current home. Come jume we will be move and there is one even closer to our new home!Thank you so much Julia!

Awful experience. These days with the pandemic on the rise they implemented a new rule of coming into the branch because drive through is reserve for bank customers only... Well if the bank takes $5 for cashing the check, that puts me into a paying customer status. Why would your new policy would be to expose people to Covid 19 in your branch. There has always been an issue with this bank. Nothing good comes out of it. Nor Maria's attitude. I had a splendid day and all it took was a visit to this branch to change that. NEVER BANK HERE. IT IS MY HONEST OPINION AND EXPERIENCE. UNACCEPTABLE BANKING EXPERIENCE!!!
