When the airline lost all of my luggage while on a trip for cheer, I had no choice to stop to get new clothes. I was able to buy a ton from here. Very clean and well stocked. I would go back!

This location has been consistently disappointing. I've encountered the same issue twice: I paid for three items, but only two were bagged. Despite being charged for all three, the missing item was never provided. The manager's unprofessional conduct further compounded the situation, as they failed to address the problem appropriately.

I just left the store cashier and assistant manager, Michelle, stop me before leaving to ask to see my receipt and I had one items while she was upfront, but didn’t decide to ask anyone else to see their receipt. You guys need to learn how to properly check individuals, especially without making them feel like they’re a thief. However, I worked in retail before and never had an experience like that. Michelle needs to be retrained and also the cashier. Ross, please properly train your staff. This is unacceptable especially for a people who spend

Absolutely Terrible Treatment!!!!! I went to this Ross location because I’ve always received great treatment but today wasn’t so pleasant. I needed to exchange an item because I’ll be traveling. I was questioned why and the cashier had a disgusted look on her face. Fine I’m here to exchange and leave. Not!!!! I was stopped at the door by Loss Prevention and asked to show my receipt and that he needed to look in my bag. His reasoning was it’s a new policy that has just started and he’s asked everyone . The Lie!!!!!! I watched him allow other patrons to leave without searching or looking at their receipts. If common customer service and human interactions is no longer a priority then I will not shop at a Ross location ever again. Oh by the way I’m retired Law Enforcement and have never taken anything in my life, so the service I received wasn’t warranted.

One of the absolute worst Ross locations. I frequent them all, as I am a huge fan of Ross. However, offering one dressing room seems completely unreasonable (and that is for both men and women). I stood in line for over 20 minutes to try my items on, and never got to even make it to the dressing room. Very disappointing to say the least.

Ross is ideally located next to Marshall's/ Home Goods. My poor experience and interaction with the manager there led to an additional few items in my basket. I think their prices on the same products and Tuesday Seniors discount were even better than online shopping.
