Safe to say I will not be back to this store, and likely not back to Sherwin Williams. I went in to get paint to do touch up’s in my house. The associates looked up in the system what the exact paint was that I needed since the builder has an account with Sherwin Williams. I was told the smallest I could buy was a gallon. I get home and it does not match AT ALL. I go back to the store to explain and ask for my money back and there’s no management there and the 2 guys in the store aren’t able to make a decision without a manager. In my opinion, if employees can’t make a business decision then management needs to be there at all times. The associate I dealt with was clearly new and didn’t know what he was doing or how to deal with this scenario. I was told I couldn’t get my money back after I was convinced they were giving me the right paint/color.The service at this store is terrible and I will NOT be back. It is extremely upsetting that I was forced to buy a gallon of paint when I only needed the smallest amount.

Wouldn't match paint color for me so I could provide information to my painter. Said only if I buy the paint. He was rude about it. I have no idea how much paint will be required. And painters are asking me what color paint.

I wanted to order wallcoverings from their sample books. Once I selected my wallpaper from their books I returned to their store to return the sample books and order my wallpaper. In the past I have had no problems ordering my wallpaper. However, this time was different. I was told multiple times I needed to place my order on-line. But I am standing in your store with thousands of wallpaper samples, why can’t I order my wallpaper? With much persuasion despite being told by a second employee I needed to order it on-line, I convinced employee to submit my $600 order when he got their wallcovering provider on the phone.!!Phew! I got my wallpaper and realized I needed more to finish my job. No, not that procedure again. I called the store to order more. Told again it could only be ordered on line and was told he would get back to me when he had time. To make a long story short (which is already too late for that) you CANNOT order wallcoverings from their website. If you go to their website, good luck finding the sentence that says: you cannot order wallpaper on-line, you have to call them and the 800 number is provided. OMG. I called that number and got Jennifer in the line. Thank you Jennifer. I felt I was going around in circles with no help from local store. Please give your customers the 1-800 number instead of a runaround. Train your people, please. An $800 order is worth attention.

Fortunately the products I needed were in stock. The last time I came they were out of the kind of paint I wanted but checked with other locations and had them hold paint for me. The staff was attentive and courteous.

Best Sherwin Williams and paint store I've ever been to mostly because of Sid. He answered all of my questions on the phone and when I arrived at the store he was just as professional and knowledgeable. This isn't even the SW near my house, but I will be going here from now on.

I visit this store today and the employee with PINK HAIR tell me grab a mask from a bucket when I suppose to many customers touch that bucket with dirty hands..WTH? THEY FORGOT THE CUSTUMER SERVICE ,THEY HAVE MORE WORRY ABOUT THE MASK THEN THE PAINT I GO TO BUY..FIRST AND LAST..1770 436 winter park FL..
