Visited this location on Wednesday, Dec. 10 at about 11:00 a.m. They were not busy in the least. No one greeted me and no one asked me if I needed any help. 2 women were at the desk bagging up online orders and chatting away. Very unimpressed with this location and will not be back! I don't even care if anyone greets me at stores, but I would like to be asked if I need some help when I was wandering around aimlessly. So odd that they didn't reach out at all!

Went to Soma with some friends and had such a great experience! The ladies working there were super helpful and made the whole thing really fun. I’m usually a wreck shopping for bras, but my associate was so kind and patient — she really listened and helped me find things that fit perfectly and made me feel comfortable. Left feeling amazing and definitely a new loyal customer. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful experience at Soma. It was my daughter's first time being fitted for a bra and the ladies were wonderfully attentive. I also found a new bra! Thank you, ladies of Soma, we will return!!

Male employee made me feel very uncomfortable. Also, received poor recommendations from staff for finding the right bra fit. Better options for me are available as online only items.

Went into Soma today for the bra sale. I was waiting to be helped and after Jade (I learned her name later bc she told someone else it) checked someone out she turned around to help another cashier although it appeared she didn’t need help tbh). So I’m like waiting. She finally acknowledged me after a minute or so and I asked for a measurement. She actually did it in the open and was loud with telling my bra size! Plus I had on a thick sweater! So of course it was wrong! To me you should do that in the back. Anyways I heard her continue to check on the ppl that came after me in the dressing room next to me and NEVER asked did I need more help. I finally stopped Deborah who was very kind and warm to me. I’ve lost a lot of weight and so buying intimates in a store is a big deal bc until recently I never experienced it. Anyways Deborah is the ONLY reason you’re getting 3 stars. Jade was not warm and welcoming and shouldn’t be dismissive to ppl. I spent over $200 so I expect at the bare minimum kindness.

I've never been to this location before and it's been many years since I've been to Soma. Liz and Tiffany were amazing. They helped me pick out a new bra, gave me a couple different options to what I was looking for and went above and beyond to get me signed back up for the rewards program. I'll for sure be going back to this location. Thanks for being premier!

I went to your winter park location and was beyond pleased with the service I received .
I had to exchange 4 bras that were all the wrong size and style from the Trenholm plaza in Columbia SC. I live close to winter park location and waited until I traveled back home
To exchange. I was greeted by Kristin and she was amazing. Refit me and got the right styles suited for me. She is very pleasant to work with and patient. I walked out extremely happy! I hope she gets recognized as being a great employee in this store. It’s always a pleasure to shop at this winter park location!

I would recommend this company to every woman. 2 friends wear & recommended when I complained of uncomfortable bras. Saleslady took her time to fit my bra. She listened to the problems I had. Got lucky I picked a sale weekend so saved a lot. Great loyalty program. Store is 1 hr from me but once fitted to know style & proper style I can order on line. Fast delivery. Most comfortable bras ever! Tag reads hand-wash cold & try flat. Talking to saleslady & my friends who use washer on gentle/lingerie cycle then air dry I can manage. I have artheritis in hands so try to avoid handwash usually. I bought 7 at sale then 4 on line a week later for colors

Service was perfect! Cece was very helpful and professional. She understood what i was looking for and ensure i was satified with my purchase. It was a relief to find a place where i was able to try on a bra before purchase and also to have measurements taken when not sure on the size...thank you Soma!
