Our experience with this Spectrum store location was great from the moment we walked in the door! We were greeted and told where to sign in. They were a bit busy, so we expected a long wait. So, we sat down to wait, but it seemed just moments and Dwayne called us over to help us. My son wanted a particular phone and thankfully they had it in stock! Dwayne was wonderful, he is friendly, knowledgeable, well-spoken and incredibly helpful. He is the epitome of great customer service. Even though there are other Spectrum stores closer to where I live, I will definitely go to the Winter Park location in the future.

Adam is awesome! He helped me get a new phone and still keep my number that I had for 8 years! I'm so happy I went in today and got a great discount! Adam is so kind and knowledgeable awesome customer service I recommend spectrum mobile to anyone!

If you have any other options for Internet or phone, choose another company. Spectrum is unethical. We had to move out of the state, so disconnected our service but forgot to turn off autopay. We were charged over $350 in two months. After spending hours on the phone over the course of two weeks (because you cannot disconnect service online) they denied our refund because “they don’t have enough information.”
Literally, choose ANYONE but Spectrum. If you have to choose Spectrum, disable your credit card as soon as you move.

Dwayne is THE best! We made a reservation and came early since we were in the area and he helped us immediately once we got there. It was super easy getting our modem replaced and he gave us genuine advice. His customer service was so warm and friendly my husband and I left there feeling more positive and in a better mode for the rest of a day. Never change Dwayne! Your positive light has a butterfly effect on the world.

Spectrum sucks they have had my internet coming back everyday and going back out everyday. I can’t wait for Verizon to be offered in in my area I will never use them again. They have terrible customer service and terrible service.

Waited for 20 minutes only to be told after 20 minutes of waiting that you need to sign in on a touchpad. Where was that notice 20 min ago? Seems like they are understaffed and need more agents for the amount of customers they receive.

I recently visited the store to purchase internet services and had a mixed experience. Fernando assisted me, but unfortunately, he didn't provide the necessary paperwork or accurately set up my account information. This led to issues when I tried to activate my service at home.
Despite the store being quiet, Fernando seemed rushed, resulting in errors with my email and phone number. I had to contact Spectrum's customer support to reset my account.
I suggest he prioritize accuracy and attention to detail to ensure a smoother customer experience. Providing clear documentation and double-checking information would greatly improve his service."

Good luck getting a different provider with better service since Spectrum owns the whole entirety of Winter Park area. Terrible company and terrible customer service including this location. Beyond subpar.

I hate spectrum so much. Especially the poor customer service at this location and the constant outages of internet service. This is by far the worst internet service provider. Everyone is sick of it. I cannot wait for ATT Fiber to come into the area because when it does I guarantee I will switch over. With that being said, I wouldn't be surprised when Spectrum loses more than 60% of its client base!
