Amazing service! I recently transferred my cell service to Spectrum at this location. Not only did I get a great deal on multiple lines, the team was extremely helpful through every step of the process. I want to say a special thank you to Adam and Moustafa for their patience while helping me to get my phones transferred over from AT&T and activated on their system. The entire team was friendly and genuinely wanted to help. I highly recommend this store!

Immediately after coming in we were told that we needed to call Spectrum and there was nothing they could do to help us set up our new mobile sim cards! Just really poor and low quality customer service. They really could careless about their customers. Do not come here at all of you are seeking any kind of help from Spectrum!

Spectrum services is the worst customer service ever.not only is their internet service horrible and intermittent they say they will credit your account for days missed and they do not. when canceling service they charge you for the entire month even if you only have service 10 days. If you have the option DO NOT USE SPECTRUM for any services.

This is my second terrible experience with the sales team this week. I cancelled my service at my Daytona house and unfortunately have to go with spectrum to turn on internet at the Winter Park house. Because it's a monopoly and there are no other internet providers besides CenturyLink which is not fast enough. I thought about switching my service and seeing what offers they have for me to be a returning customer. The sales rep was pushy when I said I wasn't interested anymore (when he said it would be $54.99 to return) and I will just open a new account under my husbands name at the $49.99 promotion rate. I don't know what it is about the sales team but they will not take no for an answer and make you feel ashamed if you don't answer their nosy questions. Unfortunately I have no choice but to continue using them.

Attention to all winter park residents: if ANY other company offers fiber in your neighborhood, GET IT!! Spectrum cable internet is a joke. I am currently paying 90 dollars monthly for terrible 300mb internet and the funny part is that I never actually receive the speeds I pay for, even over hardwired ethernet. On a good day I get 200-250. I get outages and drop outs multiple times per day, literally almost day. And spectrum, no matter what plan you're on, limits your UPLOAD speed to 10mb/s. This makes file transfers and hosting your own content painfully slow. It takes 2 hours to upload a 8GB file to google drive. LMAO. Most companies who offer fiber have true 1 gig upload AND download speeds so you are actually getting the speed you pay for, at a lower price, without the company artificially throttling you. I think a gig costs around 70 bucks with at&t right now.Spectrum's monopoly over orlando and winter park is slowly coming to an end. SAY NO to their monopolistic and shady pricing strategies. Spectrum is a terrible company and the service they offer is inferior to anything else on the market AT ALL!EDIT: To respond to the owners response, I would just like to say that there is NOTHING that you can do to remediate my problem. The service is simply inferior and you impose artificial restrictions on customer's upload speeds and then claim that it is "operating as normal", all while charging almost double than anyone else does. You do this because you KNOW that in Winter Park in particular, your customers have no other choice because of your old contract with the city that didn't allow competitors to come in. Now that the city has received enough complaints and are allowing other companies to come in, I hope you fail and start to realize that nobody wants or needs your inferior service. Good day.

If Administrators are unable to exchange equipment, it should say that under account restrictions. Quoted directly from Spectrum's homepage, Admins have the same access as the primary user, with the exception of "edit or delete account contact info, make changes to the primary's role info, reassign the primary role or access Spectrum Mobile Account". Exchanging equipment is clearly not listed as an exempt privilege for administrators. It would literally take one more comma, and two more words to insert this very necessary verbiage. This is obviously not the store location's fault, but whoever is in charge of site design needs to hear this. It's not like there are so many potential objectives for an administrator that they can't afford to list them all. Equipment exchange is one of your most popularly used services, and excluding this limitation is putting an unfair burden on your store representatives. I found myself getting angry at the store rep, which is unfair, because it's not HIS fault. Make your rep's lives easier by simply adding these words.

Upon arrival, we were rudely told to sign in by a lady who was by the door, and almost left because of how we were treated. but Michael G. saw what happened came over to assist instead and provided us with an excellent 6 out of 5 star service. He was always respectful of our privacy and walked us through every step. Even when systems went down he was still happy to answer any questions and was communicating with us and never made us feel unwelcome.

Micheal made saved our weekend. We came in because our business cell phone scattered, he quickly us set us up with a new phone in less than an hour. His recommendations were perfect. We left knowing that we have the best phone plan, upgraded phone and a new iPad!!!Thank you

Thomas at Spectrum is my absolute hero this week. I came into the store because I moved to a new area and switched all of my services from AT&T to Spectrum, including mobile. Whoever I dealt with on the phone was clearly not the best- she got some of my information incorrect, including my phone number... So I didn't get all I needed to switch to mobile. Plus, we had locked AT&T phones (which shouldn't have been locked because they've been long paid for)- apparently, homegirl on the phone was supposed to know this and tell us. Well, surprise, she didn't. I came into the store with two (unknowingly) locked phones and new Spectrum SIM cards. Thomas's associate at the store was kind of like "Oh well, tough nuggies, sort it out with AT&T, then come back."... But Thomas... was truly awesome. He went through the hassle of helping us out, getting all of the codes to unlock the phones for us, and putting in the new SIM cards- all of which took forever. So grateful he helped us.Honestly, had it not been for Thomas, we would've canceled Spectrum Mobile right there and then. I was not in the mood to go back and forth with AT&T, and moving to a new carrier with undependable customer service on the phone can make you feel unsure. But he was so clutch and helped us out, when he could've made our situation someone else's problem. Thank you, Thomas! I needed a win that day, and Thomas made my day better.I would definitely recommend going to Spectrum and seeing Thomas. ALSO, if you're going to set up services, consider doing it IN THE STORE and not on the phone. I wish I would've set everything up in-store so the right people get commission for the work they're doing/cleaning up!

Dwayne helped me out tremendously. I walked into Spectrum thinking I'd have to pay copious amounts of money for new services but I walked out with a brand new phone, a cheap monthly bill, and great service for less than 20$. I was very impressed at the professionalism and efficiency of the entire team there. Thank you Spectrum Winter Park for taking care of me!

Hands down the worst internet provider... 8 outages in 2 weeks; and they don't fix the issues because it keeps happening... Worst provider if you work from home, game, or stream.I've called customer service each time and it keeps happening. I've put in my cancelation request

This, by far, is the worst customer service I've encountered in my life. Purchased an S22 and an A53. I have spent 6 hours in this store. Because they were incompetent. Switched 2 lines over no problem. 3rd line they were unable gave us a phone to take home so our son didn't feel left out when my wife and came home with ours. Said that it was a technical issue and it would be straightened out the following day. Wasn't taking care of. Gave us a phone that didn't work and charged us $50. Restocking fee. The manager should not be in a management position, Mufassa, was disrespectful, rude, and condenseding. Tried to convince my wife that she had to pay for a restocking fee for a defective device. Made my wife cry, After, 2 visits, 6 hours in the store. Someone from the customer service hot line,settled our issues . Our bill is totally different from the customer service in store initially quoted. Been with Spectrum from the beginning, and I'm coming to the end of the line with there service.

This store isn't professional at all. Walk in and every one was on there phone and they seem like they had a major attitude. Went to return my equipment and the guy who attended was piss and throw the cable instead of nicely setting it down . I don't tolerate this . Made us feel uncomfortable. Act professional and leave your personal problems at home . No hi / welcome to our store or not even a bye
