We needed an auto shop for a wheel lock repair for a young adult university student’s car. Henry took us right in and did what was needed - and what he said he would do - on the spot for a perfect price. The shop is professional, well kept, and provided honest work done right. I would recommend him, especially to parents of university/college students and know where to go for our next repair.

Henry helped repair a wheel problem on my university student child's car. She got right in with little wait time and the problem was fixed correctly on the spot. He took pictures of what was used and communicated with me (I live in S Florida). Honest, good work. I recommend Henry and his shop to other parents of students.

The staff were very helpful. We called the shop to make an appointment for our sons car. He is 1,500 miles from home at school. They took the vehicle in, inspected the issues and promptly sent us a detailed estimate. They also followed up with a call to go over the estimate. Their prices were more than fair. The work was done the same day. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest mechanic shop. They also give a 10% student discount on top of their reasonable prices. I don't typically write reviews, but Henry deserves all the praise. I completely trust my car here and have never felt scammed in the way I have with so many other auto shops. I've always felt either talked-down-to or just awkward going to mechanics, but not only will Henry be open and honest about anything and everything with whatever my car is dealing with, but he will explain problems to me in detail; whether I fully understand or not is my own problem, but I'm fully grateful for the explanations nonetheless. He's extremely knowledgable and will (literally) singlehandedly take such good care of your car. He works with you to make sure you're getting the best service possible, keeping you in the know about exactly what's going on and what needs to be done. He is easily the best mechanic in Orlando!

This is an honest mechanic. My daughter goes to UCF and I live in South Florida. A friend recommended Sunstate Auto Repair so I sent her there. They figured out quickly that it was just a fuse. It would have been very easy to run up a bill for unnecessary work but they didn't they replaced the fuse and did not charge us. I feel very good to know if she has car problems there is an honest place to have the car serviced while she is away.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Henry is my guy. Henry is the most knowledgeable, and honest person I’ve met in this industry. Whenever I have any issues with my car, he is the first person I call. The only person I trust. I’ve had other mechanics give me diagnoses (because Henry’s shop was not open), and once I take it to him to give a second opinion, it’s a completely different diagnosis. Henry takes the time to truly figure out what is wrong, and will not determine something without being absolutely sure. Sunstate Auto will not disappoint.
